Sophie knows the area very well and has very good advices on what and how to do things. We thank her for her support during the entire process. She was very valuable and reassuring till the final deal. No hesitation of you need to sale your estate.

Sophie was on top of the proceedings throughout, she was an invaluable communicator between our solicitors and helped the process prove smooth and stress free. GoogleAs estate agents go, you really do get what you pay for. Having had an absolutely shocking experience with a well known do-it-yourself type of agent, Matthew from KFH at Hayes was a breath of fresh air, as were the whole team. He worked hard to secure the sale and was involved right up until completetion, unlike the agents I purchased from. Matthew also helped with looking for suitable properties to move to. I'm not planning on moving for a good few years, because of the stress, however, when I do move on, I would have no qualms using KFH again. Our Sale & Onward purchase was a long drawn out process to which Lisa persevered throughout with patience and incredible positivity. Though not directly instructed by us, Lisa effectively project managed the entire chain, and kept it together till completion. GoogleI am so pleased to have chosen KFH Hayes as my estate agent and I am very impressed with how professional the whole team are. They kept me informed and up to date with every stage of the sale of my house and liased between myself, my purchaser and my solicitor in a balanced and objective manner. This completely helped my to stay in control and feel very confident throughout what can typically be a very stressful experience. The careful and considerate attention to detail in handling the negotiations between all parties in the 'chain' resulted in a very smooth transaction concluded within the predicted and very realistic timescale. My property was sold within 1 week of it going on the market and after a handful of very good offers - approximately 3 months later I was closing the front door for the last time - perfect! The reason we haven't given 5 stars is due to the standard KFH printed and online property particulars not having detailed information regarding the key features of each room (e.g. kitchen appliances, newly refurbished room specifics etc.) which we have found very useful when looking at properties ourselves - just a thought for your Head Office! GoogleI was introduced to Lisa at KFH when I viewed a house they were marketing. The house did not meet our requirements, so we were encouraged to view an alternative property that we had earlier dismissed. A viewing was facilitated that evening, and from that point Lisa acted with great professionalism and enthusiasm to successfully assist us with acquiring the house. It became clear that KFH are a well respected and professional company. Being our single point of contact throughout the process, Lisa was amazing. Despite being a reasonably short chain, issues still arose, but Lisa was quick to support and work with others to resolve these, proving to be a great mediator. Lisa kept the various parties and stakeholders focused, without which it is quite possible that we wouldn’t have exchanged contracts on time. We couldn’t have been in better hands, and wish to thank Lisa for going above and beyond to help us secure ‘our’ house. Thanks Lisa!

GoogleWe recently purchased a property via KFH Hayes branch and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. All staff I had contact with there were polite and professional. Sophie Johnson was outstanding: she progressed and responded to my queries very efficiently and was tenacious in her approach to driving the transaction through to exchanging contracts, liaising closely with other estate agents and solicitors in the chain.
