Googlethey do nothing for the money, a couple of times the tenant left without paying several months and they did nothing but call a couple times, The charge you a rip off for repairs , commissions , and gas certificates, they use the most expensive repair services available , i am pretty sure there are backhanders They also take their 15% gross of the expenses, not on the rent you actually make They also decided to take 20% tax retention on top cos i was living overseas dont fall for it, they dont do anything, but take commisions, i am renting it out by myself and i get 100% of the money and very few problems

GoogleWhat a great estate agent Romans are, friendly staff, always avaliable when you need them, they give updates practically daily, sooooo down to earth when you speak to them, they tell you the truth as it is without fobbing you off, I have had a few dealings with estate agents in Swindon over the years and I can honestly say Romans Estate agents have been the best imo, highly recommend to any one buying or selling, keep the good work up Romans Estate agents and thanks.

GoogleExcellent agency! Jake from North Swindon branch was very helpful, knowledgeable and knows the market extremely well. He managed the entire sales process on my property effectively including listing to lining up potential buyers for me. Within hours of listing he already had many interested parties willing to see the property and had me a couple of offers in line with my expectations ready. Still stc however I will highly recommend Romans agency and Jake to everyone in the future.
