Jade Small in the West Swindon Branch manages our property (And our son's) We wrote this about her in a review. Dear Jade, We are really happy with the service you provide. You seem to have the balance right in your difficult job being 'Piggy in The Middle' between landlords and tenants. Taking a sensible approach without pandering to either party. For our property (and Alastair's) we would continue to gladly receive advice from you. Advice such as 'The average landlord / tenant would be expected to do this' One point though, please can we be informed by email occasionally on future inspections. We realise that we want to keep the landlord / tenant relationship as professional and distant as possible. Moved into rented flat two weeks ago. Not cleaned inside, mainly on walls. Clearly not cleaned professionally as toothpaste stains on bathroom edges and mess on kitchen sides. Both sink plugs broken and no feedback at all on anything being done about it. To top it off, ring me today to ask me for a bin code for another client in which I had to get off a neighbour because they also didn’t come back and give it to me!!! Very poor.

They were there to reassure and answer questions and queries and always returned missed calls. All staff were both professional and personable at all times. Spoke to Julie Coombes at the letting office yesterday. I know that we are currently in a very stressful situation and having to change our lives but, when I rang to ask about guidance for renting property, I.e. whether or not we were able to proceed with rentals at present, I was greeted with a barrage of information, sounded like it was read from a script, very angry lady, clearly totally fed up with her job!!! I was enquiring due to having to move home for personal reasons and, instead of an empathetic and supportive approach, she made me feel so much worse. Suffice to say, when rentals are up and running again, I will not be using Dewhurst. Shame on you Julie for being so unkind.!!!

This has been a major ongoing issue involving many points of contact, and Jade has managed to juggle, and keep me informed of all happenings regarding the comings and goings to try and fix my ongoing issue. She has also made herself widely available to visit the flat with contractors while I have been unable. I don't think I would have been to do this without her organisation.

Super speedy service done by Katie from Romans Lettings & Estate agents, clear steps provided and clear details given on approx. ETA on process as it is important for busy individual like myself. Overall customer service was first class, could not have asked for anything more, when anything was requried to clarify i did not felt the typical pressure(time wise) where you would feel left on your own to figure things out if comparing to other estate agencies, definatelty noticable difrerence - 5 STARS!!!
