Moved into rented flat two weeks ago. Not cleaned inside, mainly on walls. Clearly not cleaned professionally as toothpaste stains on bathroom edges and mess on kitchen sides. Both sink plugs broken and no feedback at all on anything being done about it. To top it off, ring me today to ask me for a bin code for another client in which I had to get off a neighbour because they also didn’t come back and give it to me!!! Very poor.

I have recently sold a house through Romans and can honestly say that Alice, Jordan, and all staff I was in communication with, made the process smooth, stress free and painless. They were there to reassure and answer questions and queries and always returned missed calls. All staff were both professional and personable at all times. I highly recommend this branch of Romans and would come to them again in the future, should the opportunity ever arise.

Spoke to Julie Coombes at the letting office yesterday. I know that we are currently in a very stressful situation and having to change our lives but, when I rang to ask about guidance for renting property, I.e. whether or not we were able to proceed with rentals at present, I was greeted with a barrage of information, sounded like it was read from a script, very angry lady, clearly totally fed up with her job!!! I was enquiring due to having to move home for personal reasons and, instead of an empathetic and supportive approach, she made me feel so much worse. Suffice to say, when rentals are up and running again, I will not be using Dewhurst. Shame on you Julie for being so unkind.!!!

Sharing my thoughts on the continuing tireless work of Jade Small to resolve my bathroom issues. This has been a major ongoing issue involving many points of contact, and Jade has managed to juggle, and keep me informed of all happenings regarding the comings and goings to try and fix my ongoing issue. She has also made herself widely available to visit the flat with contractors while I have been unable. I don't think I would have been to do this without her organisation.

Super speedy service done by Katie from Romans Lettings & Estate agents, clear steps provided and clear details given on approx. ETA on process as it is important for busy individual like myself. Overall customer service was first class, could not have asked for anything more, when anything was requried to clarify i did not felt the typical pressure(time wise) where you would feel left on your own to figure things out if comparing to other estate agencies, definatelty noticable difrerence - 5 STARS!!!

We currently let a house out with this company & find them to be utterly brilliant!! After experiencing a terrible letting agent for some 5yrs we are thrilled to now be with Dewhurst.
