But for us the absolute star was Jacqui White. I cannot express enough how amazing, kind, helpful and above all just the biggest rock for me throughout this process. It was our first buy and new nothing of the steps and what came next. I do not say this lightly, but could not of done this without her. Nothing was too much and she genuinely was my go to, sometimes when I could of just asked me mum. I only hope I wasn't a pain. Lol

In so many walks of life there is good service and there is bad. Our buyer's solicitor turned out to be one of the most unhelpful, slow moving and inconsiderate people that I have encountered. I honestly believe that the only reason the sale actually completed and all parties remained united in getting this oaf to complete the legal work was down to what Delaney's call "Sales progression" For us, that meant the wonderful Jacqui being the star of the show.
