After first seeing Delaney's for sale sign out side the Property we called them straight away and arranged for a viewing for that afternoon. We met Lee from Delaneys that afternoon and viewed the Property, We expressed our interestand made an Offer. By the end of the week Delaneys called us to confirm that Our Offer had been excepted. We arranged several subsequent visits to take measurements etc and each time was met promptly by John Hollis. The negotiating was dealt with by Jacqui White who also helped to make the buying progress as stress free as possible and would always get back to me as She promised.It has been a pleasure working with the Team at Delaneys and I look forwardto working with them on future Ventures.Many Thanks John J SmithJ and A Smith Builders.

We were the buyers, the service that Delaney's delivered was outstanding. A SPECIAL mention to Estate agent, who having met us once, at a viewing remembered us when a property we liked came back on the market, too often estate agents send you info on homes, that don't fit your criteria, this was not the case here. Also another SPECIAL mention to progression, who went beyond and above in keeping us informed and telling us about the process. Helped us when things went wrong with solicitors, which was so far out of their remit, but they did it anyway, Buying a new home is stressful, Delaney's in Harold Wood, are exceptional at what they do, All Estate agents should take a leaf out of their book, the thoughtfulness, no nonsense attitude, and professionalism of this office is second to none.

Jacqui was always available to take my calls and she always kept me up to date with things.We were having a terrible time with our solicitors and the lack of communication was absolutely ridiculous. Jacqui was always at hand to guide and advise on the processes, not just from the buying side, but also from our selling side too. I really felt I had her in my corner. I honestly think that without her experience and help me we would not have crossed the line before the stamp duty ended. Dear Chelsea Samson, I am sorry that you feel you had a negative experience with one of our agents . I believe this was an issue with a commercial property where the alarm has been activated. We have advised the owner as we are unable as a commercial agent to deactivate the alarm ourselves. I appreciate that this is frustrating and upsetting, however as soon as we have been made aware we have informed the client of the situation and on more than one occasion and outside of office hours to be able to assist you with the issue. We have been using Delaney services since 2019 February, I can confirm for a fact that this is your dream agency, Michelle, Jemma and Joe were fantastic infact the whole team. We thought Hayley was the best when we met her regarding our previous move in 2019 but with the news of her leaving, I was worried that it might not be as smooth as it was previously, until we got in contact with Michelle, Joe and Jemma. Our search for property and move in 2021 was so smooth, despite our requirements they met it all and even more, this was possible because of the wonderful staffs the organization is got. I am very disappointed with this company. I was booked in to view a property 1 whole week ago. I then received a call 24 hours before the viewing to claim I was doubled booked and that I could with come in on the day (how unrealistic) or change my appointment to an hour earlier. I was then asked what I intend to offer on the property (how would I really know if I've not viewed it). This was a tactic to obviously put me off the viewing. Then this morning 12th December, I received 2 missed calls but no voicemail. I returned the call and was asked if I will be attending the viewing this evening. Then, less than an hour prior to the appointment (I had already made my way), I received an email and a call to cancel my viewing. The reason, an offer has just been accepted. Why would an offer be accepted when there are still viewing scheduled. Very dodgy on my watch. Perhaps the property was sold to an employees family member!!!

I was not aware of any double booking for your appointment, but I want to clarify that we informed you about existing offers on the property. We inquired about your budget because those offers exceeded the asking price, and we felt it was important to be transparent so that we don’t waste anyone's time, as we understand that scheduling appointments can be challenging. On the morning of your viewing, we called to confirm the appointment, which resulted in two missed calls. Unfortunately, as you mentioned, we had to call you back to cancel because a sale had been agreed upon with the vendor, and no further viewings were requested. I genuinely regret that this happened, as it was the sole reason for the viewing not taking place. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact our office and ask for the manager, Lee Blackburn.

GoogleExcellent service. Their valuation came in higher than other estate agents. A friend told meto take no notice of an estate agent promising they can get considerably more for your house than other estate agents can.
A few weeks later, they had a buyer ready for me at the price they had promised. Well worth the money just for that alone.
Ive also had a night mare chain. Donna has been pushing for me non stop to keep things moving. Constant updates which massively helped.
I cant reccomend them more.
