Company is very professional, but I would say their letting process was a bit tiring. There was a lot to do, especially while you are dealing with other things it was almost making you change your mind. However, regardless of this situation, after I moved in the service from Nicole was great. She makes this experience so much easier and she works hard and try to involve you with all the process and keeping you updated with news from the landlord, and always on it. Sophia Robinson, in particular, understood exactly what I was looking for and kept me informed with regular updates once I had submitted an offer. All the Team at Andrews Romford have been excellent over the 17 years in which they have managed my rental property and then more so, in the last year in which they have managed the sale of the property. The professional and dedicated service I have received from both Kish and Kamilija at the Romford Branch in helping manage and steer the sale has been first class and they have both gone above and beyond in order to get to the point of completion. I cannot recommend Kish and Kamilija to manage a property sale high enough. The same professional and dedicated service has been received from the rental team especially Paul D, managing the work to be performed in order to prepare the property for each rental and then sale. She certainly had her work cut, as our sale in the end involved 3 properties.Luckily we chose our own very efficient solicitor, who is brilliant. Fantastic experience with lovely people

I had a fantastic experience with Andrews.I own a property company but did not have the time to show some of my tenants around. Even though I wasn't looking for full-time management.They were more than happy to see to my needs and show tenants around for me. I tried every other agency in the area and they were not interested. I had a terrible discovery that my previous tenant had left the house in a bad way leaving terrible things including cat feaces on the floor. I had to postpone everything for a few weeks whilst renovating. Hayley and Jasmine were absolutely fantastic. I was so stressed and they were extremely emphatic towards my situation, giving me various options and reassuring me it was going to be okay. I really needed this as it all came at a really inconvenient time and they supported me through it. Thankyou guys!! Xx

Property has never been unlet and they have always found me good reliable tenants.I would not use any other agency.
