Had a great experience buying my first property with Andrews Romford. Kish, Kamilija and James were super friendly and helpful throughout the process. Being a first time buyer me and my wife didn't know much about the process. Kish helped guide us along and was very patient throughout. He was very prompt to respond to our questions and always kept us updated throughout. Additionally when he went on holiday he ensured that someone was there to cover for him and move things forwards. Furthermore he saved us money by obtaining and sharing electrical check (something our surveyor said we should get) results from the seller that were done very recently. Thanks for everything and I really appreciate the handwritten card we received on completion. Would highly recommend Andrews to anyone looking to buy a property in Romford.

We had an excellent experience with our mortgage broker Simon Murray from start to finish. As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite overwhelming at first, but he made everything so much easier to understand and guided us every step of the way. Simon worked incredibly hard to find us the cheapest mortgage deal available, taking the time to explain all our options clearly and making sure we were comfortable with every decision. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond, not only securing us a great mortgage but also helping us arrange a more affordable solicitor, which saved us even more money. Simon professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were outstanding throughout. He was always responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about getting us the best outcome. The best estate agent by a mile

I've used Andrew's in the past and I've always found them a lot better than most other estate agents so they were my preferred choice and they did not disappoint me. Originally Dan came round to look at my property and he was friendly, informative, trustworthy and helpful. I knew straight away that I would be using Andrew's after our appointment. He made everything so easy. My house went on the market and was snapped up straight away, at a price I was more than happy with. Isabelle was great with communication and very helpful during the viewings and I never had to chase anyone for anything. I honestly felt like I was in such good hands that I didn't even give anything a second thought.After the property was let I dealt with Molly and Isobelle and they were both so lovely and amazing at their jobs. Andrews definitely knows how to employ brilliant staff and they are all a credit to the company. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again anytime I need an estate agent.

30 years of great service.

Andrews have been managing my property for around 30 years and I've been very satisfied with their service during that time. They are always efficient, reliable and professional, advising me in a timely manner of any problems my tenants may have and what will be involved (time and cost) in putting them right.They have also found replacement tenants when necessary very quickly, so my property has very rarely been empty.Sarah Newman is my current contact and is excellent, and all agents I've worked with over the years have all been very professional too.Highly recommend Andrews.

I had been messed around by a few agents in terms of them not sticking to agreed appointments, properties being in a much worse state than they appeared in photos online etc, so was not having the best experience with my property search. Ben Gordon-Smith however responded to my query the very same day, and offered to show me the property that same evening, as it was on his way home. I appreciated the flexibility and was really impressed with the property, so I made an offer that same night, and it was accepted the next day. Ben has been very helpful in terms of clearly outlining next steps, and when there were queries about my referencing, he provided sound advice to ensure any issues were rectified as soon as possible, and everything was sorted within 3 working days.Ben has kept me updated every step of the way, and answered any queries I may have. It has been an absolute blessing to have him as an agent during what has been quite a stressful experience for the most part, and I am now all ready to move end of this month! Thank you Ben! :-)

Extremely disappointed. First time I ever had such a bad experience with the property agents. They rented out my property deducted there fee but no signs of rent in account. My property it’s my rent so basically they really don’t bother . On constant chasing they saying first payment is going through audit and now they got excuse that on weekend the account team doesn’t work . It’s not my business . I be reporting this and James and Shakira I won’t in my life ever do business again with Andrew’s . It’s a joke now I don’t hv any right to get my property back and had no rent. Ur fees just to find the tenants wasn’t enough for you guys isn’t ? I trusted in your firm so I gave the keys to the tenants so many loop holes . Should hv told if it takes so many days to just do a normal bank transfer . To all landlords out there do not do any business with them .

I would firstly like to say a huge thankyou to everyone who was involved in the sale of my property. Myself and my wife leanne decided this year to sell our home in collier row and as any normal person would we called around multiple estate agents to get quotes. After discussing with multiple agents we finally decided on Andrews and it was the best decision we made. Kish was the man who came to our home and introduced himself in a very friendly, polite and professional manner. My viewing was memorable, largely due to the friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable young lady, Shamiya who showed me around. Shamiya happily listened to my moans about how difficult and stressful it has been trying to find a new home, she seemed genuinely caring & empathetic around my current circumstances and seemed really quite happy that I appeared pleased the home seemed really suitable for myself and my son. I really don’t know where to start. Kish was fantastic from the beginning until the end of my selling process. I originally thought his fees were too high but he assured me he would put the work in, to earn the money and I 100% agree that he did and I would’ve actually paid him a lot more. He was worth his weight in gold. Selling a house is stressful enough but Kish and his team went way above and beyond their roles to make it as stress free as possible. I’d never sold a property before so kept asking silly questions and Kish was always more than happy to help explain it all to me (sometimes more than once), until I completely understood. My solicitor pushed back on alot of things and asked me for things that I’d never heard of but Kish helped me work my way through the legal jargon and got me across the line on many occasions. The entire team were super professional and efficient and had great knowledge of the entire process (including the solicitors roles). If Kish ever did take a well deserved day off he would make sure that one of his colleagues were up to date with my case and they would email me to let me know they were on hand ready for anything I needed. In summary, I really can’t express how good Kish and his team were for my selling process. So if you’d like a seamless sale (or buying I’m guessing) then I would highly recommend booking through Kish/Andrew’s!

I cannot put into words how incredible Kish and Kamilija were at Andrews in helping me buy my first home. They went above and beyond to get the purchase over the line and support me through every step of the process too. Kamilija helped me to find my dream property, and personally sent me the place I bought - and I am so over the moon with it.
