GoogleHighly recommend estate agent. I have used Andrews for many years after using other local agents. The service does not compare. Andrews has long term staff members so you can grow a long term relationship. Our main contact in lettings is Ranjan, the best in the business. Every query is answered within the day, she knows the market exceptionally well. Do not use any other agent in this area.

I had a rough start with Andrews, to the point where I felt the need to switch to other companies to get the service we deserve. This was the case until Luke Timms joined! Luke has always been available and ready to sort out any issue in a timely manner. As a director, I know I am not one of the easiest stakeholders to deal with but Luke has proven to be able to put his customers interest first no matter what. Excellent service. I'm used to similar companies putting their own interests first. Not the case - I was given the best advice and am very happy with the outcome. I had been anticipating a hard-sell approach and was very pleasantly surprised that this was nothing like the service provided. Take their money and do nothing. Communal areas complete filth and outside areas falling apart. Do not come back to you, just ignore. My opinion is avoid like the plague for property management.Little update: Andrews advise the rats, maggots, filth, weeds, broken fencing, communal area being cleaned only once in the past year etc… are a result of the contract they are bound by and the buildings Directors not them. Not sure if that effects the rating as Andrews did sign up to these terms but you can make your own mind up.
Tom,Thank you for your review of Andrews Leasehold property management.The scope and detail of the maintenance for Leasehold buildings is agreed upon with the Directors of the Leasehold company. Andrews can only take actions as agreed with those Directors and within the budget set. I own my flat but share a communal hall way and front door. I pay towards any maintenance and repairs shared by all the residents. I contacted Molly with regards to a new front door and in no time Molly had a quote, how much my share would be and also chased the job until it was completed.
