Renting for 4 years - 4 years of them not dealing with any issues reported. Waiting for the boiler to be fixed in the coldest time of the year for 4 working days before they called plumbers - only because the rebate was mentioned… no inspections whatsoever for 4 years then the whole deposit is being held and released back to the agency to cover “the damage” - even though the property has been damaged and afterwards repainted by the plumbers - £400 to cover just painting the walls. What a hellish experience!

They have all provided me with excellent service. I have been a customer of Andrews Lettings for getting on for 15 yrs, helping me find and vet prospective tenants. Each tenant has been excellent and this is testament to the way Andrew's does things as a company. They have also gone out of their way to offer lots of good will and additional services, acting responsively and sometimes with very little notice indeed. Charlie handled most of the viewings, follow ups and negotiations leading up to an accepted offer. The service that I've received so far has left me feeling reassured throughout that I'm in good hands.
Edit - Adding Kamilija as well. She was instrumental in getting a new buyer in after the first one fell through. Within a day, we had a new buyer, and she kept me up to date every week until completion. She and Kish pushing both sides (mine and buyer) regularly is the key reason my leasehold flat sale completed so quickly. Thank you folks. I'll definitely recommend going with Andrews directly if you're buying or selling property.

We rented via Andrews for 4 years and they were incredibly difficult to work with.
Long delays in receiving responses to our concerns but became incredibly pushy when it came to the time for our contract renewals. The agent that handled our end of tenancy was rude, condescending and literally conspired with the landlord to over charge for our repairs (they mistakenly uploaded the agents flippant remarks about our claims to the adjudicator website when we contested the deposit).
Ultimately we are incredibly disappointed with the agency and it's staff. Would not recommend as a renter as they do not have your best interests at heart.
