GoogleEmma Lovatt, once again provided a fabulous welcome, remembered details and nuances, whilst remaining professional and proficient.
Having dealt with West Wales Properties for close to 4 years, all I can say is that they not only good at what they do, but that they also make the experience pleasant and efficient.

GoogleMy experience of Charlotte Holt of West Wales Properties has been exceptional! She ensured confidence and integrity at every stage of my recent property purchase. Charlotte never limited me on time at the property, and she managed the communication between the vendor and myself with skill and professionalism at every stage. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Charlotte and West Wales Properties. Thank you for helping me realise my dream of owning a house in Pembrokeshire!

GoogleWest Wales properties sold our property and were thoroughly professional from the commencement to completion. I would like to point out that they provided detailed answers to any query, and nothing was too much trouble. All staff at the Haverfordwest office that we dealt with were superb, but I would like to single-out in particular Graham Richards who primarily dealt with our sale. He was superb and we cannot thank him enough for his brilliant service. My wife and I highly recommend WWP for selling and buying property. First class outfit. Well done guys and thanks again

GoogleWouldn’t recommend West Wales properties to anybody. We picked the keys up to our new property to find all doors unlocked with the keys left in the back of each UPVC door. The locks didn’t work which we weren’t informed about. Attempted to contact West Wales about this to raise my concern and nobody had the decency to respond.

Hi Mr Sharp,
Thanks for taking the time to speak to me last week. As discussed we were not the last to attend that property. Security of properties is very important to us and we take such issues very seriously.
We wish you all the best with your new property.
