GoogleWest Wales Properties have been a joy to deal with from first contact through to the sale of our property. All staff members took great care to swiftly answer any queries, our dealings were mainly with Ian and Ceri who kept us up to date throughout the process, both are a credit to the company. For me I feel they provide a first class, honest and transparent service, they are head and shoulders above another agent we recently used. I highly recommend their services.

GoogleIn a difficult sellers market James did an outstanding job of promoting my property and getting it sold. He was always available to deal with questions/challenges and never failed to call me back quickly. When there were challenges in the sale process he dealt with them in a calm, professional way. I wouldn’t hesitate to use James and West Wales, a great service from a great team.

GoogleI still cannot believe the disinterest Sandra had when we made a (good) offer on a property recently (as cash buyers). After abruptly asking us if that is 'all you can afford' (we were not wildly under the asking price ), she proceeded to call us back later and said we'd need to fill out an offer form which she'd email. This great long form was then emailed to us, pretty much wanting blood just to offer on a property. Rather put off by the way our offer was received, on the same day, we offered the same on another property (over the phone)that we liked, and the offer was accepted by the vendor within an hour. We are now several weeks into the purchase. It was only after the offer was accepted that we had to send proof of funding etc. The other estate agents were friendly, interested and keen to progress our offer. Interestingly we have never been called back about our offer. The vendor was obviously never told or given the chance to think about it, and the house is still up for sale. What an awful way to treat potential buyers and your vendors. I would never use West Wales to sell a house after this experience as a buyer.

We are sorry that you felt the need to give us a negative Google review and would comment as follows: As discussed, your offer was lower than the vendors had indicated to us that they were hoping to achieve as they had recently reduced the property price. The price reduction did create interest from a number of parties. We do ask for as much information as possible from buyers as this can often strengthen the potential buyers offers position to the vendor. When your form was not returned it was assumed that you were not prepared to increase your offer or give any further information to strengthen your offer. We confirm that a sale has been agreed now with another party. We take your feedback on board and wish you all the best with your new home. West Wales Properties

GoogleFrom our first contact regarding a valuation with West Wales Properties to the sale of our property we found them professional, friendly & helpful. James valued our property & answered all our queries regarding his valuation & explaining very clearly what West Wales Properties would do for us & what was required by us to sell our property as quickly as possible. Although it took a little longer to sell our property than we'd hoped this was due more to the current housing market than West Wales Properties & James's efforts to sell it. We were kept up to date with any new information & James also sat down with us when we popped into West Wales Properties unexpectedly for some guidance regarding a couple of things we weren't too clear on regarding the property market & what was occurring at the time. Whenever we contacted West Wales Properties our questions & concerns were addressed by all members of staff immediately or within the time frame they said it would be.
