My late Father's house was marketed and the sale completed within 4 months by West Wales Properties. Sean Griffiths valued and marketed the property . He was very sympathetic to us ,very professional and very knowledgeable. The only slight frustration was we viewed the house at a weekend , we wanted to offer and fo the deal there and then but had to wait until someone senior enough was there which meant a 2 day delay . Once done though everything went really well

My experience with the estate agents side of West Wales was really good. Claire Sheil who dealt with our sale went above and beyond and was extremely helpful and very professional. She went out of her way to help in any way possible and kept us informed every step of the way. Newbold solicitors need to communicate more and we weren't impressed with them at all. It took ages to be assigned with a solicitor. Didn't find them helpful at all. I would highly recommend Claire at West Wales.

From the initial house valuation to completion Graham & his team from West Wales Estate Agents were genuine, honest and professional throughout. I had several valuations when I wanted to sell my house but West Wales were & went above & beyond the rest in knowledge, accuracy in value & professionalism. Me being me I research everything & in doing this found West Wales to be the number 1 estate agent in Wales... I went ahead & the house went on the market very quickly. They had a great selection of houses across the villages we were looking at and were proactive in sharing suitable houses with us. Everyone we encountered was great to work with and genuinely interested in helping us. We want to call out Amanda, Charlotte, James and Sarah.
