GoogleGraham and Lydia were absolutely excellent throughout the sale of our property. They both went the extra mile to ensure things went smoothly. I have sold several properties in the past with other agents but Graham and Lydia from West Wales Properties were by far the best. Great team and great service.

GoogleWest Wales Properties in Haverfordwest have just sold my mother's property. My mother is very elderly and I was most impressed with the sensitivity with which they dealt with her, even going to her house to help her fill in forms that she found difficult to understand. All members of staff were friendly and helpful, but I must particularly mention Alison Richards who was unfailingly pleasant and helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. I can definitely recommend this company if you are selling your property and want an efficient and helpful service.

GoogleVery poor service. I am new to the area. Enquired about an few properties and was told that the property is occupied or requires work and will only be available in a few weeks. I contacted them two days later and was told that the properties were taken. I'm really disappointed in this company. Zero work ethic.

GoogleI only have good things to say about West Wales Properties. Graham Richards from Haverford West office is attentive and diligent and has shown us several properties prior to our final purchase. He always follows up without being intrusive and we have had helpful contact from him with regard to the progression and completion of our purchase. As result of our experience we have placed our sale property with West Wales Properties.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
