Beals stole our £2.5k deposit despite leaving the house exactly how it was when we moved in. Contacted Molly Mae who put me through to Hayley Gooding and Kirsty Millis. They both ignored my emails over and over again, obviously hoping I would get bored and eventually give up. They are still yet to reply and refusing to engage at all in any talk of the stolen deposit. While we were living in the house (that was full of black mould just to add), they would often email saying we hadn’t paid rent even though all of us had. They obviously thought they could squeeze more out of us, hoping we weren’t paying close attention. DO NOT rent from this company, they will steal whatever they can if you let them.

We used Beals Havant branch to sell my mother in laws property. Due to a downturn in the market and rising interest rates it took over 12 months to sell but James and Sarah worked hard to market the property to a broad range of purchasers. We were sent weekly updates and sales particulars were regularly refreshed with new photographs. It is relatively easy to sell a house when the market is good but an experienced agent really shows their worth when demand is slack.
