It has been a difficult time of the year for letting properties but I found Beals to be very proactive and in particular Lucy who showed prospective tenants around and then closed the deal and ensured that the tenants and myself were kept advised of progress and legal requirements. I was particularly impressed with the tenacity to have the property let before the New Year. Well done!

So Our previous landlady knows “mr Beale” personally and are friends according to Beales so think you can try and make up a £2800 bill when the house we handed back was spotless. professionally cleaned, and painted top to bottom! Your incompetent disgusting and unprofessional staff in bitterne never gave us an inventory when we moved in and in 4 years of reporting the roof leaking you did NOTHING. a we were forced to move due to a section 21 apparently but the property still isn’t up for sale 3 weeks later? Our landlord/beales did nothing about the roof in 4 years and we have a disabled son who’s health deteriorated every year as the water would leak inside the windows and we reported this every 3 months to Beales and they did nothing!! After 4 the landlady finally decide to do something about it while my partner was in hospital and because we couldn’t be there due to being in hospital beales threatened us and said the landlord won’t renew our tenancy because we were (in their words) being difficult?? we then received the section 21 which is funny as you’d already threatened to make us homeless, I’m a decorated combat veteran and suffer with PTSD, and the damage this has done to my mental health you will pay for, you’ll be owing us money trust me not the £2800 your trying to bill us with. we have started a report with Trading standards, the ombudsman, citizens advice and I have spoken to the British Army welfare team who have arranged legal support, the bitterne branch and therefore Beales are vile and should be avoided at all costs for negligence, incompetence! Beales threats, and underhand tactics won’t go unnoticed as I’ll make sure your investigated by every agency that will listen to make a case against you!The house was professionallyCleanedPaintedAnd oven was professionally cleaned and your lying agent said it needed cleaning?? 😂That’s pathetic!Beales are terrible and I look forward to fighting you in court 👍🏻

GoogleDo not recommend beals, Havant! Was dealing with Kelsey Anne Crimes, wow very rude and unprofessional for a manager. We applied for several flats through beales and didn’t get accepted on any of them, was told we would have support in getting one due to needing to move and our little one being born in 6 weeks but clearly not. We applied for this certain flat and Kelsey said she had sent our application off to the landlord and was waiting to hear back. My partner then called again 2 days later to find out nothing had been sent off, I then asked for the general managers details so I could contact them to be then phoned up and shouted at down the phone and hung up on by Kelsey and no details given. Was then told before they closed that we was unsuccessful which we already knew. Thanks for your help beals, Havant. All we wanted was a home for our family. Won’t be using them again.

FacebookJust wanted to say a big thank you to Maxine Faulkner a senior associate of Beals for all of the help and support with a very difficult tenant, Maxine attended court with me for the possession hearing, she was as good as having my own solicitor with me! Always helpful over the years and will sort out any problems very quickly.

We used Beals to sell our flat in Havant. Sarah secured us a buyer in no time at all. She helped us through the whole selling process from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend Beals enough. Thanks for making it a stress free sale !

We went to Beals in Hedge End and were astounded by the service. Sadly our late grandmother passed away and we needed a valuation for probate. Because we wanted to keep the property in the family, but needed value for probate, a lot of the other agents in the village weren’t very interested but Liz and Jack were sympathetic, understanding and more than happy to help.

We are part way through renting a property with Beals. Our letting negotiator Luenna-Jane has been extremely helpful. We have had a lot of questions and she has only been too happy to help and accommodating. From the first tour around the property which was professional, well explained, all the way through to the paperwork of this process! Would highly recommend their services.

Lucy has been so helpful with helping us to purchase our first home, nothing has been to much trouble for her and has always been so quick to respond to any questions or queries we may have, she has been flexible with viewings and worked around what worked for us, rather than herself. I highly recommend using beales.
