GoogleAwful company to deal with. I would not choose them again under any circumstances. Was lied to by agents (said the LL was on holiday, he wasn't) and left hanging for weeks with no confirmation that our tenancy was accepted or not. This is the second time I have fallen foul of Raine & Co's unprofessional actions, and the last.

GoogleDo not trust these people with your personal data. Despite being told to stop contacting me and to remove my personal data from their database, I am still getting unsolicited emails from someone called Gemma Matthews about appointments I haven’t made. I have now referred the matter to the Information Commissioners office.

As you were buying a property through us your name was attached to the property in our software and for some reason you were emailed by mistake to confirm a new appointment. I have now spoken to our software provider and they have rectified the error in the system. I can assure you that your information has been removed and you will not be contacted again. GoogleI have dealt with the Hatfield office of Raine and Co many times over the last 15 years as both a buyer, seller and landlord. They have never let me down, are completely honest and trustworthy and always fulfill their obligations. They work very hard and succeed most of the time in offering a very high standard of professional service but when I have had an issue they have responded quickly and rectified the problem without delay. I myself work in an industry where reputation is paramount, and it is a shame that some petty people feel the need to leave low marks and derogatory comments on here after one experience of using them. I would recommend to anyone to look at the other reviews these people have left to see if they just want to be known as a “Local Guide” and obtain a pointless and worthless certificate. My relationship with Raine and Co is now coming to an end, but I am glad that I was introduced to them and am truly thankful for their advice, help and support over the last 15 years.

GoogleWe purchased a property from Raine&Co Hatfield. Communication throughout was fantastic. We had issues with solicitors and they went above and beyond to help chase up all parties and really helped make our purchase happen. We cannot thank them enough, would highly recommend.

GoogleIts been months and they still havent address the fact that they overcharged one of my house mates. Because of that, i have to suffer by not getting my full deposit back. Also, they tried to charge us hundreds of pounds for bin removal LoL NEVER AGAIN.

Thank you for taking your time to leave this review and I am sorry that you are not happy with your recent experience, however, as with all of our managed properties, the day to day administration including deposit returns is outsourced to The Management Office LTD which is a completely separate company to Raine and Co and therefore you have left your review against the wrong company. I have spoken to The Management Office about your situation and understand that the reason for the dispute is that one of your house mates was in rental arrears and was also due to the condition of the property when the last tenants vacated. The group was put together by yourselves and you are jointly and severally responsible for each other. I understand some of the deposit was returned on 13th December 2018 and the head tenant that you all chose will have been informed of this and have access to the online system to claim the deposit. GoogleVery very rude agents. Just because I am a student does not give them the right to not listen to me and put down then phone for no reason other than they could not be bothered to help me. I have also stayed in one of there houses before and after getting very ill with mold growing up the walls they still took 4 months to come and rectify the issue. This was only resolved as I opened a case with the local counsil and fretented to sue. DO NOT USE THESE AGENTS. As I said they are very rude and do not deserve your bussiness.

GoogleThe service from Raine and Co was excellent throughout. Communication was regular and clear, they listened to our concerns and offered honest advice. I was particularly appreciative of their local knowledge and their care for the property in Ellenbrook Lane. When things got difficult during the sale both ourselves and the buyers were supported so that in the end the sale was successfully achieved. I would thoroughly recommend Raine and Co.

GoogleThe Raine and Co team in Hatfield (Magdalena, Alex and Sam) helped me sell my home through a difficult period and having two buyers drop out (no fault of the estate agents) Raine and Co kept on persisting with pursuing the right client along with Magdalena the Raine and Co sales progressor pushing the sale over the line whilst dealing with some difficult solicitors and tough demands.
