We chose Raine & Co to sell our family home for us based upon the positive reviews and competitive pricing. Selling / Buying a property in the UK still feels an overly bureaucratic and lengthy process no matter how simple the transaction mainly due to the legal elements (and ours was very simple !) but both Ben and Libby were great. They were very proactive from the outset, guided us through once an offer had been received and were very helpful in chasing the purchasers solicitors who were particularly slow. We are very grateful to them and would be happy to recommend them.

Dan, who was the agent eventually helping rent out my property was extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable, engaging and ensured that I left our first meeting without having any question on the whole process and my options.
