From the front counter answering the phone, to the Sales Manager Rob who I was directed to, this team were brilliant and polite the whole way through. You could've classed my question as a bit of a waste of time, since it didn't come to any particular sale or deal for them, but Rob answered my question courteously and with expertise. Very impressed with Oakfield and the way they have managed the renewal of my property's tenancy agreement. Larn did a great job by identifying that the previous rental amount needed to be increased to match the current rental market. This was negotiated and organised by Larn with minimal input from myself. Living overseas it is good to know that my rental income is being managed so well.
