We are first time landlords and Gemma at Oakfield Estate Agents has made renting out our property really simple and easy. Good communication. Very responsive. Excellent PropertyFile site where all the documents and information are stored for quick reference. She found good tenants and they had moved in within 2 weeks of us giving the go-ahead. I have been a tenant with Smart property in two properties and on both occasions Georgia has been brilliant. Very helpful and professional. With the most recent property Georgia knew what we were looking for and let us know when something became available. She ensured that we had constant communication with details.
