Great team and great estate agent. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns. Our agent, Liam VeeversO’Hare, was incredibly patient, helpful and understanding. He did everything he could to find the dream home for us. Liam and we have to also say, Rob Viles (sales manager), took their time to explain to us every detail and were available whenever we needed them. Really recommend these guys.

i am a professional accredited landlord and fully certificated licensed managing agent i require a high level of competency as the reputation of my own company and indeed its success is at risk if staff get it wrong i use Oakfield for tenant find services and to start the initial tenancy the previous manager Alison and the current manager Gemma i have always found to be polite courteous efficient knowledgeable and helpful they have an excellent reputation as they will not take on non compliant landlords or provide unchecked tenants the main part of a good tenancy is getting the right tenant with accurate referencing and the perfect match for our requirements all the recommendations have been a success with no debts or problems within the properties we work as a team to keep each other up to speed and to resolve any issues they are not cheap, their fees are reasonable and fully transparent they are legally compliant and have all the correct adherence to the requirements for their own registration something all landlords need to be aware of and prioritising with licencing, civil penalties and rent repayment orders

Absolutely disappointing. The company looking after landlords only. Second time i face this with this awful company. I have been told by them to fix problem inside my house and send them all over and invoices. I did, one year nothing back, keep sending email and calling them. Nothing. They dont keep any of words they do tell you. If anyone of management can get this done. Please let me know. If not, i will take you to court as i am fed up of you.

Charlotte Kite of the Hastings branch has been an absolute diamond in helping to find us a new home. She has answered every call I've made which has been quite a few as I kept having questions then due to my chemo brain I needed help with the forms. I have 2 months to vacate the property I'm in at the moment and fingers crossed if all goes well tomorrow Charlotte will have saved us from becoming homeless and help us keep our family (FUR BABIES) together and in my book that's priceless. I have been looking for a flat in Hastings for a couple of months at a time when the market is very busy and properties are snapped up in days. While I met several estate agents, Scott and Stephanie at Oakfields stood out for being extremely helpful, friendly and approachable. After a property I was very keen on was taken off the market, Scott called me the day before a similar flat went live, so that I could travel from London to see it. I am happy to say that my offer on this flat has now been accepted and all going well with the rest of the process, I will be able to start my new life in Hastings very soon!
