Ok, firstly, I admit I held Estate Agents generally in low regard, BUT after meeting with Ben, and deciding to go with them, my opinion has changed. There IS at least one fantastic Estate Agents out there, and it is Made in Hastings. Efficient, helpful, on the ball, knowledgeable, straight-talking and genuinely enthusiastic about working for you, getting the best price and seeing the whole process runs smoothly from the moment you hand them the keys to your home to exchange of contracts. Made have been absolutely fantastic throughout the sale of our flat. We had previously been on the market for 3 months with a different estate agent who managed few viewings and no interest. After going on the market with Made, we had 2 offers within a week and did not have to compromise on our sale price. The photographs, advertising and approach to the viewings obviously made a huge difference when our previous estate agent had told us that there was nothing more that could be done. I did not have to chase them for updates on viewings or feedback throughout the sale and the whole team has been so professional and supportive when we had delays on our end.

Highly recommend Made. They have set the bar very high. Exceptional customer service. Exceptional pictures. Exceptional modern marketing. Extensive knowledge of the local areas. I can not express my happiness with the service Made in Hastings Estate Agents have given me. My experiences of the service offered by estate agents in both my personal and professional life are usually average or terrible. Made are very professional and although a new business Ben and Olivia have great confidence and experience of this industry. I have and will recommend them as they are passionate and real advocates of the area (check out their instagram page). They also do not have the usual attitude typically shown by estate agents. I recently sold my home through Made, from beginning to end, they kept me updated. The house I was purchasing was a nightmare from beginning to end and even though Made had nothing to do with my purchase, Olivia especially made numerous calls and emails chasing progress everyday and then contacting me with any news be it big or small. All the staff at Made are friendly and professional. I was given a beautiful gift at the end with lovely fresh bread, jams and teabags which came in very handy when we couldn't find anything the next morning. Olivia, Charlie and the whole team at MADE are amazing to deal with. Would highly recommend - they where incredible sensitive to my circumstances, and made me feel at ease from the beginning. Within days of my house going on the market I had viewings booked in. Within weeks I had two offers, and within 8 weeks we had exchanged and completed! As a first time seller/buyer they where there the whole way, and offered support and help- even when it wasn't really their responsibility to do so. They are incredibly professional and have a great deal of knowledge and experience. Thank You so much to everyone at MADE and good luck for the future.

These guys know how to make house moving easy! Totally on it. Completely fuss free sale with a decent buyer found in the first week. Photos and listing were great, and progression after sale agreed was regular and efficient.
