Moved yesterday and Made were the estate agents my boyfriend and I chose for the selling of his flat. The flat had several viewings and sold 48 hours after going “live”. The photos taken were great and really did the flat justice, and he got over the asking price 😃! Throughout the whole process I spoke to several members of the Made team each and everyone friendly, polite and extremely helpful (I was a first time buyer)!! Wouldn’t sell with anyone else!! The photos they took showed the house at its very best - they really knew what they were doing on this front which gave us a lot of confidence. Their determination to get a buyer within a short timeframe meant that they were very proactive, and we had a large number of viewings in a very short space of time. Great suggestions and advice spot on, always. Also hugely supportive and quick acting during a tricky time, when our buyer fell through - but a new one found again within two weeks! MADE know what they're doing and we found them to be a lovely, friendly bunch too.

I love this agency! From the moment I contacted the ream regarding properties advertised to the moment I settled on my purchase they did everything to make the whole process a breeze. From my initial contact with Charlie and Freddie, who both went out of their way to show me many properties, to Ben who handled my offer and then to Stephanie who kept me in contact with the vendor and made arrangements for me to visit the property on many occasions prior to settlement. Made Hastings realise there is no “I” in team, they all complement each other wonderfully and I would have no hesitation in recommending to anybody to use them. I am not really a review person but on this occasion I have made an exception. What fantastic service; from seeing the property to exchange/completion in 7 weeks was no mean feat. Living in London I was totally dependent on Matt Pearman being my liaison person with the vendor. What an amazing team. I have just sold my property through Made estate agents and i couldn't possibly fault them. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and i felt like i knew exactly what was going on the whole time. I think at some point i had dealings with most of the office but it didn't matter who answered the phone they would always answer any questions i had. Towards the end of my sale there were a couple of problems but they were on the ball and reassured me that they would do what they could to stop it from falling through. which they did. So thank you for all you help and i will 100% be using you again in the future.

We recently bought and sold our property through MADE. Like many house purchases, there were a handful of hiccups along the way, but MADE handled them superbly and guided the process through to completion. I do believe another agent may not have have been as proactive and creative in getting us there. We were also kept up to date at all times. Even from the point of our initial viewings, the team understood what we wanted in a house, and didn’t just show us anything on their books; this encouraged us to use them, as we felt they understood us as customers. It proved to be a good decision!
