GoogleI had a few valuations on my property and decided to instruct Made. From the start they were active and kept me informed of all activity, and within a few weeks found me a cash buyer. Matthew was excellent and provided regular update's. The whole process from beginning to end took 3 months from me being put on the market to completing the sale of my property. These guys were amazing, and I achieved a very good price!!!! Strongly recommended

GoogleThis team deserve everyone of these stars. Charlie, Matt, Steph, Olivia were amazing . Through a very stressful sale they were polite, helpful and more than tolerant. Ben makes the experience personal and I felt went above our expectations. Would highly recommend these when selling or buying as you just don’t know what the other people are involved will try. You need to know you have people working for you who actually care about your situation and are not just looking for a quick commission and these are just that .

The communication was fantastic, Ben or Olivia returned calls to answer any queries or questions straight away- even out of business hours. We were selling a difficult property but Ben made it seem easy getting a buyer before it even hit the market! I couldn’t recommend a better estate agent. Honestly please use MADE you will not regret it.

GoogleRude staff. I Spoke with a man a few months ago, pretended to take my phone number to rearrange a viewing as they didn’t show up to the first one, obviously didn’t call back. I came across a property this week, thought I’d try made again. So I emailed a few days ago requesting a viewing - no reply. Called them this afternoon, booked a viewing. However, The same man from a few months ago called me back soon after. He was pretentious, rude, and seriously needs to work on his customer relation skills!

Was brilliant having a named member of the team allocated, so I knew who to liaise with who could update me with the process. Jess was great. A lovely touch being given a hamper on completion. GoogleJust purchased a property through MADE. Was impressed from the very beginning. From the first viewing until the end Ben and his team have been super helpful. They do evening viewings which were helpful for my partner. Never been into the shop but it looks awesome and I love the signs too. A great estate agents! Had regular updates and contact and I love their approach to things. One very happy buyer ! Thanks guys ! Highly recommend.

The whole process was quick, efficient and stress free, I would almost say fun which is saying something when selling or buying property. GoogleNot impressed. Yeah we can sell your house quickly. We can get buyers in. Not the case in my experience. Dont believe the hype. A lot of hype in my opinion. Buyers who dont even show up and waste your time and day. Was not happy originally and put up a review. Was asked to take down and things put in place. I wished i left my original post up. The manager and i had a discussion. Nothing really has materialised.

GoogleMade are not your average estate agents, they are far, far better. We both sold and bought through Made and at all times they were professional, friendly and working with us for the best result. If you're thinking of selling your house you really should invite them round. They got an excellent price for our property before it even went on the market. I cannot recommend Ben and the team at Made enough.

GoogleBought a house from made. Communication was very confusing. Pretty certain that without our permission they gave our information to a solicitors, and provided a wrong email address, which made everything even more confusing.

GoogleBen at Made set out a different strategy for my flat sale in St Leonards-on-Sea, which had been on the market for a few months and not selling. Within two days of Made taking the flat on it was under offer and the sale completed in six weeks. Olivia was on the case daily ensuring that all parties were aware of progression. Very pleased I used Made and I highly recommend this agency.
