GoogleWe've bought two and sold one property with MADE and cannot recommend them enough. Going above and beyond doesn't do justice to the amount of time, energy and effort the team have spent on finding us the right home and buyer. They were so important to securing us a good price in an incredibly challenging market. Will use again and again!

They were incredibly efficient, proactive in moving things forward and so quick to answer any queries. I always felt like they were working in my best interest. GoogleI wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben and his team at MADE. I met Ben at a very difficult chapter in my life; not wanting to sell my home, but having to anyway. Ben was incredibly understanding and so supportive throughout. I was very daunted by the prospect of selling but they made the process easier than I could have imagined. From the day of meeting Ben for valuation to photographs, viewing and offers, the house was sold within two weeks. MADE secured a higher price than I expected in less time than expected. Since the sale of my property, a family member has sold through MADE too and was also very pleased with the offer and had the same amazing support. Not only did MADE sell my property but Ben and his team also helped me find a property to buy for myself and my young son. MADE feels different to a typical estate agent because Ben and his team genuinely care about their vendors. Jess was amazing; managing to juggle all the expectations and pressured demands of the chain whilst remaining understanding, supportive and professional. It got a bit stressful at times waiting on others in the chain and solicitors, but Jess remained in contact, did everything she could to move the process along and was very reassuring throughout. The day I moved into my new home my first thought it was more perfect than I even remembered. I owe so much to Ben and his team. I’ll be forever grateful. Thank you for making my new chapter possible.

GoogleMade gave a great impression when Ben came round to value my flat in Hastings and very quickly generated lots of viewings and several offers with a sale agreed in under 2 weeks - thanks to Andy, Stephanie, Elliot, Gemma, and Tony. Throughout the whole process the Made team acted with efficient professionalism with Jess and Will keeping me updated on how the conveyancing was progressing. GoogleI had heard great things about Made when I moved to the area and I wasn’t disappointed. I wasn’t in a position to choose the Estate Agent as I was purchasing from someone that had commissioned them already but I was so pleased to deal with them. They were absolutely brilliant. Professional, always responsive answered the phone immediately and if I missed them they called me back straight away I never had to chase them. I felt really valued by them as a customer and felt they cared about my experience. I dealt with Jess who managed the post-sale process. She was brilliant 10/10. GoogleFantastic from beginning to end. As first time buyers we were unsure about, well, everything. However with the knowledge and reassurance that was given by the guys in the office, every step of the way, they made the stressful process alot less stressful. We mainly dealt with Andy who we felt was fantastic and really went above and beyond in the service he provided. Made are head and shoulders above the rest of the estate agents we dealt with in Hastings. Knowledgable, professional, approachable and friendly. Easiest 5 stars I have ever given.

GoogleI recently approached MADE to assist in selling my grandmothers house as she wanted to downsize, at 85 years of age she was worried about the stress it would cause her but Ben and his team quickly eased those concerns. On a personal level they were so supportive towards her, taking time to sit with her an explain the process and what they would do to help. On a professional level they are head and shoulders above the rest. MADE were relentless in making sure they did right by Nan, as a result she sold the house for substantially more than she expected but more importantly was so well looked after throughout the process. 10/10 and the best around!!

GoogleMade are amazing! Jess and Andy were brilliant at supporting us through the maze of the house buying process. What really stood out was that Made have a specific team dedicated to working on the house purchase which is separate to the sales team. Our estate agent did both the sales and conveyancing on our property but wasn't as knowledgeable, proactive and responsive as Jess and Andy were. We felt really well looked after and reassured at every step in the process. The little basket of moving in goodies was a really sweet gesture too. Thank you Jess and Andy for all your hard work which made our move to Hastings a reality!

Ben understood what we were looking for and didn't just send us every new property that came onto their books, and when we had an offer accepted Jess and Anton kept us informed every step of the way. Charlie, Olivia, Stephanie, Jess & Anton all excelled in their part of the process. Clearly a team who love what they do and do it so well. In a really challenging time, they have communicated consistently, honestly and been on top of everything. Ben has been supportive, confident and empathetic in perfect balance. FacebookI have just bought a property advertised through Made and they were so lovely and helpful and so kindly steered me through the obstacles of buying. I mainly dealt with Stephanie and Jess who were both wonderful and patiently answered all of my questions and worries. When I picked up the keys they gave me a wonderful basket of goodies as a welcoming gift for my new home. If it wasn’t for COVID I would have hugged everyone in the office they were so lovely. I can’t recommend Made and the lovely people who work there enough and would have no hesitation in selling a property through them either.

GoogleEveryone at Made was unfailingly professional, polite and helpful. I was very grateful for their support during some moments of stress. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They made the whole selling experience as easy as it could be. In particular Will, who was my principal contact, was sympathetic and calm when any problems arose and he always did his best to sort them out. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI can't count the amount of times our sale could have fallen through during this pandemic. Ben from Made was always there to wipe the tears and give me a virtual hug. I don't think there's a single problem on God's Earth that Ben couldn't solve. This sounds more like a love letter than a review because it is. I was shocked and surprised to see Made smash the preconceptions of what estate agents are supposed to be like. Had some very dodgy dealings with the largest estate agents in Hastings and I wouldn't trust them to make me coffee let alone try and sell a semi. Thank you Ben and the whole team for being brilliant. I love you all. If you want to come away with a sold house, a bottle of champagne and a beardy friend, choose Made.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
