GoogleHarwich village homes helped us sell our house. It was a difficult chain, very stressful and went on for 6 months. Staff at Harwich Village updated us weekly making contact with our buyer, all solicitors involved and agents to take away some of the stress from us and to ensure a smooth sale. I would highly reccomend them and thank them for all that they done.

GoogleCannot thank Harwich village enough, they sold our house within 17 days. Michelle has taken the stress out of selling by given us weekly updates, nothing was to much trouble for her. GoogleThis estate agents are terrible be very careful.if you want your deposit back they give you a photo disc inventory with cleverly taken photos not showing damage stains wear damp. They use all the tricks in the book to withold and claim against your deposit. They do nothing for you as a tenent just protect the landlord even when major issues arise in the property response is appaling.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We're sorry that you are unhappy with your check out. Please contact us directly at lettings@hvhomes.co.uk so that we can deal with your concerns. In the meantime & in response to your Google review, we must reply by reminding you that we did provide you a disc containing 183 dated photographs of the property when you initially moved into the property as well as a detailed written inventory. You were asked at the start of your tenancy to check both the photographs & the written inventory for accuracy & to advise us of any alternations or concerns you had. In receiving no reply from you, it was presumed you were happy with the content of both the photographs & written inventory; thereafter at no time during your tenancy, did you raise any concerns regarding, what you are now calling our 'trick photography'. We took 183 dated photographs of the property before you moved in & hopefully this shows how much detail we include within our inventories. As you are aware, your damage deposit is fully protected & as you have disputed our claims against your deposit, this will now go to arbitration with the Deposit Protection Company. We have provided our evidence of the proposed claims by way of photographic & written evidence of the condition of the property before you moved in as well as after you vacated. The Deposit Protection Company will now arbitrate using the evidence we have provided, alongside any evidence you have provided & we are confident that all parties will get a fair & honest hearing. We'd also like to take this opportunity to advise you that all of the maintenance reported by you, was fully inspected by professional contractors & any necessary works, were always completed, as per the terms of your Assured Shorthold Tenancy.

GoogleI can't recommend highly enough. They have supported my elderly Dad in selling his home and buying another property. Michelle has kept both my Dad and me updated regularly and chased solicitors, all which has taken the pressure off my Dad. Everyone we have come across as part of the process has been helpful and patient.
