Absolute rollercoaster of a purchase, anything that could go wrong did; but through it all, HVH were there to support us, kept us updated regularly without chasing and were just such lovely, friendly and professional people to deal with! Nic and I can't thank you enough for everything you did for us and for putting up with all our calls and questions, and we appreciate that we would not be in our new house were it not for HVH's huge efforts and wonderful staff. I cannot fault harwich village homes. Being first time buyers I don’t think this experience could’ve gone better for us. The whole team were professional, helpful and just eager to make this a positive and successful experience. One team member I have to mention by name is Michelle, every week she has been chasing our solicitors and checking on us, by her doing this she really helped with anxiety about being too persistent with them and sorted all our issues. Less than a week until we complete and we owe it all to the team. From the many viewings to the many questions the team never had an issue and we’re the most accommodating with all of our queries. Thank you to all at Harwich Village for their help with the sale of my grandads flat. From initial contact with Paul to get the ball rolling with putting the flat on the market to the sale process and concluding with Michelle we couldn’t have asked for better. I think we all understand the stress moving house generates. My move was no different with the buying chain and the solicitors all needing to be involved in what was a very stressful time. The only thing that made it manageable for me was to know I could always contact Lynn and get a honest answer. Lynn may not have be in at the time of the call but I would always received a call back I always felt like I was her only customer and was sure she would get me an answer to my question. With Lynn being local she had a great knowledge of the area and the solicitors we deal with in the area. Lynn is also very sympathetic of what clients are having to deal with which again helped in the moving process. I would without exception highly recommend Harwich Village Home with Lynn and the team working together to assist the least stressful move possible

I can not fault anything to do with this estate agents. From viewing the property to collecting the keys the whole process was effortless. After experiencing a horrendous 7 months from a previous estate agents I decided to buy with Harwich Village Homes and I’m so grateful I did.
