GoogleI placed my parents flat on the market with Harwich Village Homes. Left them with the keys and gave permission for them to carry out all viewings on my behalf. Excellent customer service and professionalism throughout, fully compassionate to my situation. They provided weekly updates from the moment it was placed on market, right through to completion. I would thoroughly recommend Harwich Village Homes and will definitely use them again.

GoogleWe purchased our new home through Harwich Villages Homes last month. We had a long and stressful journey to get us there but I can't recommend this agent highly enough. We mainly dealt with Simon and Paul, both very professional and hard working individuals determined to get our purchase through ! they did far more than our agent did selling our old home and went above and beyond our expectations. GoogleI sold my flat through Harwich Village, Simon was our point of contact and we cannot thank him enough for all of his efforts, we had a few issues with the seller and the sale fell through but we quickly found another buyer with Simon's help and everything went through meaning we could buy our family house. Thank you for all your help Simon and for answering my daily calls :) I would highly recommend.

GoogleI explained my difficulties with a tenant. They said as he would be an awkward tenant they would charge a minimum of 20% fee if they took me on. Really all I wanted was clear advice and help drawing up the rental agreement.
Further to your review, we're sorry to hear your comments & we'd like to make everyone aware, reading your review, of the following; that when you visited the office, you explained that you were currently managing the property yourself, as another local letting agent had withdrawn their services to you, due to the following issues, as detailed by you: 1) awkwardness of your tenant 2) current Assured Shorthold Tenancy was not legal binding as it had been altered it by hand 3) you weren't aware whether any gas checks or electric checks had been completed 4) the tenant was not paying their rent 5) very low rent amount 6) rent incorrectly detailed on Assured Shorthold Tenancy 7) the tenant wasn't communicating with you at all. Therefore, we were very honest with you to advise that it would be very difficult for us to address all of the issues you were having, given all of the above mentioned issues & even if we could, we would have to charge a much higher fee, as it would take the majority of our time to resolve all of the issues. We also mentioned that we'd only charge a higher fee until all of the issues were resolved. We gave you the best advice we could & that was to consult a solicitor, as every document you showed us, made us concerned as they may not be legally binding. We are very sorry we could not help you with your situation, but we gave you the best advice we could, given your current circumstances. We trust you understand the situation & will seek legal advice, as to how best to resolve your current situation.

GoogleI bought a property that HV were selling. All the dealings I had with them were friendly and very professional. I had more communication from HV than my own estate agent that I was selling my property through. Great service and communication and if I ever feel like going through the trauma of buying and selling another house, then HV will be the ones I go to.
