It’s hard to find good estate agents, but HV Homes are definitely one of them. Paul gave me an honest, realistic appraisal of where the property should be pitched and sold, which proved spot on and not overstated like some agents. Once the sale was agreed, Michelle was excellent, she chased all parties weekly and kept me fully updated throughout. A very smooth process from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Just bought our forever home through Harwich Village Homes, the people who work here, to a person are outstanding. Lynne, Simon, Paul, Michelle and Sarah have all gone above and beyond in the service levels they provided. Michelle and Sarah kept us updated throughout a complicated house purchase. Paul being proactive when we needed some urgent answers, Lynne showing us properties when we initially couldn't proceed and Simon for helping us find our forever home. As an ex estate agent this team are the best I've ever come across. If you are looking to sell or buy in the area there really isn't another estate agent you should consider. Support a local business who just happen in my opinion to be the best.

Excellent service from Michelle, Lynne, Simon, Paul, all on the Sales team. 2 sales conducted, first one reasonably straightforward and completed with minimal fuss. The second totally unpredictable in nature with multiple false starts. However, we finally exchanged contracts this week, with completion scheduled at the end of the month. Michelle was especially a star, not giving up on trying to complete the sale. Ridiculous stalling since before new year but at the point of going to auction it came ‘good’.

Paul was really helpful when I was trying to sell a house which was pretty run down. He was very knowledgeable about the type of buyer I’d be looking for and the best way to market the property. Its not often I award 5 stars as I believe there is always a little room for improvement but dealing with Sarah from Harwich Village Homes this was certainly not the case on the purchase of my property. From the first viewing through to post completion Sarah has been fantastic. Very friendly and a pleasure to talk to each time. I received a weekly phone call from Sarah with updates and any issues were dealt with promptly and professionally. My purchase was due to a delicate situation which Sarah understood and done all she could to make the process as smooth and quick as possible. In Sarah's absence throughout the process her colleagues assisted with the same professional service.
