GoogleFantastic Service. I cannot recommend Harwich Village Homes highly enough. Sold my property very quickly and achieved the best possible price. Kept us updated all the way through the process from valuation to exchange of contracts. Always ready to help and chase things up when needed. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. They really give a 5 star service. I know you can get cheaper online estate agents but if you want piece of mind and someone to help you through every step Harwich Village Homes are definitely worth their fee.

GoogleVery rude on the phone today and very unorganised, have worked with estate agents for around 7 years and rented for 25, don't think this company seem to know their right from left.
We are writing in response to your recent review. If you are the gentlemen who phoned our office on Saturday 17th September and asked to arrange a viewing, we would like to advise everyone that reads your review that we politely replied to your enquiry by advising you that we were unable to arrange any viewings at the requested property until Wednesday 21st September 2022 at the earliest. We were therefore taking all interested customer's names and telephone numbers with a view to call them back to arrange convenient appointments. When we explained the arrangements with you, you made it very clear that this wasn't convenient for you and that we should prioritise your viewing above everyone else who had already left their details. You were not prepared to view the property, in the knowledge other applicants were viewing and told us we should have been able to arrange an appointment whilst you were on the phone. Despite us repeating our arrangements numerous times, you were still insistent this wasn't convenient to you and we should make special arrangements for you (which out of courtesy to all of the other customers who had already enquired) we were not prepared to do. We apologise if our tone was firm but we were certainly not rude, however, we had repeated the viewing arrangements numerous times. We apologise if we were unable to assist you to your satisfaction on this occasion.
