Hannah Howells has been amazing with her care and help with my purchase. I can honestly say that she has gone above and beyond with customer care and she is a fantastic ambassador for your company. In fact everyone I have had contact with has been superb and supportive, I have come with problems looking to move a “lifetime mortgage” from Aviva, who have not been as supportive. I will be moving from Northumberland back to Sussex, buying off plan without seeing the property. Hannah has been excellent with her help and advice. I tried to move last year and Hannah was helping me then, she was just as fantastic. As you can see, I am very impressed with the way she has helped me.

Andy Wooding was the perfect decorator.He was efficient, hard-working and polite. He phoned ahead to advise his arrival time, and worked cleanly, accurately and unobtrusively. He worked his way through our list of places needing attention with little involvement from us. When needed he quickly called in other specialists who were working on nearby properties. Joe replaced lines of silicone very cleanly; Dave cleaned a door lock and adjusted the door.If you need a decorator Andy made it a pleasant experience. He is ideal for the job. He left his workplaces as clean and tidy as he found them.

I have recently moved from Sussex to Kingfisher Meadows Norfolk and bought an Archford 3 bedroom semi detached house which I absolutely love ! Lou (5⭐️ Sales person) at the Show Home is fantastic - she was really helpful guiding me through the process going the extra mile to help make everything as easy as possible and even singing Congratulations to me on the phone on the day I completed 😂 the build is excellent and the finish in the house is too. I met the Ali the Site Manager (5⭐️ Site Manager) for a pre completion handover and he was really friendly and explained everything clearly and concisely. Since I have moved in he has been brilliant at checking in with me to make sure everything is ok, he is really helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him which is fabulous. Dan the Assistant Site Manager (5⭐️ Assistant Site Manager) is also really friendly and helpful and like Ali nothing is too much trouble for him . The team at Kingfisher Meadows are amazing and have made my house feel like a home

Fabulous forever home.

We've recently moved into our gorgeous new home in Parc Fferm Wen, St Athan. Janette was an absolute star through the whole process, keeping us informed of everything going on, and generally just being at the end of the phone, always supporting us. All of the other staff in the sales office have been superb too, and so helpful.The onsite manager Gwyn is very proactive and helpful. The after care has been great after moving.Our new home is perfect, on a great estate, and it's the best thing we've done moving here.

Absolutely fantastic service from Gary and Danielle in Cottam since we have moved in every snag has been dealt with promptly, nothing is too big or too small, they are more than happy to help. Danielle visited us a couple of days after moving in and got straight to work dealing with the very minor snags that we had. Tradesmen were booked in within the first week of us being here. We are ver happy with the service and highly recommend. Also, a mention to Angela our sales advisor who is also always happy to help and ensured that everything went smoothly before and after completion.

Outstanding quality and beautiful development at Stonebrigde Fields

There is good reason DWH conistently stands out as a 5* builder, the quality of the build, level of care and customer service is indeed outstanding! The site team lead by Dave and George are so helpful and accommodating, we have very few snags and cannot fault the support George has offered from the home demo stage to after we moved in. Most of the sales and management team -with the exception of Karen - have been nothing short of professional, caring from the beginning of our journey and a really a credit to the company. A special shout out goes to Mia Grapa who, after a not so good experience with Karen, pulled out all the stops to ensure that our reservation, exchange and completion process went smoothly. With such an important and significant purchase, it really helps to feel that the sales and site teams are respectful, understanding, knowledgable and will find out answers for you if they don't have them at the time. We initially struggled to get this from Karen and were therefore relieved when Mia stepped in and completed our reservation process. All in all, really pleased with our purchase and experience.

We have had a very effortless, seamless journey with DWH. Our Sales Advisor Anne Keene was extremely welcoming and very helpful, no matter how many times we visited the show home. A reputable 5* builder, a £400k home, and a promise of a dream home... that comes with a snag list as long as your arm. 1 month after moving in there is no progress and no response from the CEO and the "customer care team " to our 3 page snag list despite assurances they would be in contact ....Our dream home is in reality and ongoing project. Where is the customer care ? Where is the 5* builder customer journey ? Where is the CEO response?Profit over care ?The sales team need training ! If not for Faye at Centurion Village we would not have purchased our homeDo not use the recommended mortgage advisor, adds nothing, the recommended conveyancer, incompetent.We remain sat with a new build property with more issues that anyone can imagine.DWH where is your customer service?

My recent contact with Ashleigh Deal, a customer care co-ordinator, resulted in a prompt reply. Within a day of receiving an email from me, requesting a repair, Ashleigh called me and arranged a member of the site team to attend the repair. Less than half an hour later, the site operative, Luke, arrived. This was unexpected, but most welcome, due to the increase of residents on the development, I expected a longer wait time. I have been very fortunate to be able to buy four new houses over approx 25 years, in Hertfordshire Suffolk Gloucestershire and now Caldicot and without doubt the process of buying at Nant y Castell in Caldicot was very enjoyable and probably the easiest. Melanie in the Sales office was exceptionally good at making the process enjoyable and stress free. Her people skills and ability to fully answer our questions was first class and very well informed. DAN THE MAN!

The one thing I told the office staff is that when I make this purchase, you need to ensure I can do certain prayers before the building work started on the property. Cut a long story short, they gave me a 5 minute window. When I got to the house, I was introduced to Dan, the Manager. He could see I was rushing to get everything done within 5 minutes. He let me take my time doing my prayers which must have lasted for 20 minutes.Ever since that moment, I knew he was a blessing. Dan and Valentine both made the whole transition of buying my home so easy and peaceful. There is never any issue that is too much for them. And everything is done with effortlessly, peacefully and with a smile!They are true assets to the company!Thank you so much!

No help from the developers once they have your money

This is about Kingsbourne Nantwich. There are things lying around on the development that should not be there. They make the place look untidy and a real mess. There are barriers lying around on the pavement and on the road especially on a bad bend where there is a hole in the pavement either side of the road on a bad bend. There are workmen there but they just ignore them. The holes have been there for weeks now so when will they be filled in so we get the full size road again. There are flag poles, flags, a pavement closed sign and a red barrier just lying on the road/pavements Their ignorance is unbelievable as they have still not answered our questions about the new road regarding security and sound proofing. We live right by the road and there is little security and no sound proofing at the moment so they should have the decency to tell us what is going to be put in place regarding this. We have a right to know. There is a street light right by number 84 Reaseheath Way that has never worked so when is that going to be done as it is really dark at that point and all the road humps desperately need repainting to stop any accidents or damage to vehicles. I have also attached a photo of the grass verge that is saturated because their street sweepers do not give a toss about wasting water so something should be done about that. It seems to me that they don't care nor do their contractors who take no pride in there work.

Had first class customer service buying our new house at Priors Hall Park Corby. Our sales adviser Olivia was friendly, informative and knowledgble, and made the buying experience relatively pain free. We were particuarly impressed with the neatness and well organised roadways despite it still being a live building site. Any queries we had were quickly answered and the whole process explained well ( we were p/x) All in all a great experience.

I would definitely recommend! We had a great experience from the start to finish, thanks to Sales Advisor: Olivia and on site: Darryl and his team! Olivia was extremely helpful and very kind, she explained everything in details, so we exactly knew what to expect during each stage of buying and moving process. Great service from a great team

Rachael, our sales advisor, was absolutely amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful from our very first visit, to the day we moved into our home. I have just completed my 9 month survey for my new home in Nant Y Castell, Caldicot and this has prompted me to share my views with everyone!!! I am a true believer in people prefer people not products when dealing with situations in their life as big as buying a new home. I have recently retired back to the lovely welsh weather from Australia and had to organise everything over the phone, which was quite daunting. There were delays with the home but as soon as I spoke to Mel, I felt much more confident and received photos of the foundations and further to alleviate my fears. From then on, it was great. I had many meetings with Mel (who was not the person initially who sold me the house) once I arrived in the UK and she was the best person to deal with. She was always polite, very calm, put me at ease whenever I was starting to panic or stress and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was always available to talk to me both before and after my arrival in the UK. She kept me up to date with progress on the house and helped me in my choices for the extras available. I received information before I moved in about local amenities, e.g. Council tax, utilities, bin day etc and that allowed me to concentrate on getting myself moved in and not having to find everything out myself. Even since moving day, any question I have had she has dealt with very well and she has communicated with Ash so that I have been looked after by him too. Ash is exactly the same, and has thoroughly looked after me - nothing is too much trouble. I certainly know what 5 star service is having been a Director of Human Resources for a hotel chain in Australia and training all our team on delivering that service so praise from me is praise indeed.

Customer Care Experience

Our home was attended today by Ian, who provided first class customer service. He repaired a number of issues that we had reported and also went out of his way to paint/repair issues he also came across whilst doing so.He was extremely friendly and respectful and ensured everything was left at a high standard. Ian should be recognised for his positive attitude towards his customers and work! He fixed everything that had been reported (some snags that were reported to site and were never amended when we moved in 10 months ago, but Ian was sent out within 2 weeks of contacting customer care!)
