GoogleVishal was coordinating with me as an agent. He complete whole the procedure within a week, where normally agents take alot of time and delay the procedure he worked very smartly. Considering i am new to UK, he was very flexible on what was apply to me, he did not stick to petty things, and worked very quickly for the transition. Further, everything was fine when i moved to my new room. Till now he is replying me and coordinating with me on everything like signed agreement and deposit slip copy to be hand over to me. Vishal and his whole team including vikesh is very understanding. Thank you so much :-)

GoogleMarta and Vishal have been such a pleasure to deal with. I had to do my viewings today, as I am going on holidays and Marta arranged all the studios I should visit with Vishal. Vishal showed me all the studios, which were very beautiful. Marta constantly updated me through WhatsApp and even bargained a deal with me. Marta is lovely and you can tell she genuinely cares about customer service, which is so rare to find with estate agents. I highly recommend this company.

GoogleSpecial thanks to Vishal for showing me the property, ensuring me of a fast turnaround as we were in a hurry to get a new place, and then in turn communicating well with the team and passing everything onto Katarina whilst he was away so she could help us complete the paperwork and finalise everything else. The process was indeed extremely efficient and any questions or requests we had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. We are pleased with the condition of the property and particularly that our tenancy will be managed by Winkworth which gives us peace of mind should anything need attention! Thank you so much to the team for making it all as smooth as possible, you were a great help and by far the best estate agents we've dealt with so far!

GoogleI mostly dealt with Vishal but also other members of the team at different points. They were all excellent and a great help. I viewed the property Friday night and by Wednesday i was signing the contracts. Very quick and efficient and go out of their way to make sure you get the property you want at a very good price. I doubt ill be moving again anytime soon as i love the place im now in but if i were id go back to wink worth first. Cant recommend them enough.

He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and helpful, with a friendly manner which is always reassuring during a stressful process of buying or selling a property. GoogleWe had good experience with Mr Vishal and we are already renting our second flat through Winkworth Estate Agents. Want to mention that all the process was quick especially during the lockdown. We didn't received yet the deposit back as we just moved to a new flat but I will update my review once it will be processed. Would definitely recommend Vishal if you want professional experience without headaches 👌

GoogleI would highly recommend Winkworth in Harrow to anyone buying or letting. We dealt with Jerzy on the house purchase and flat let and can't speak highly enough of him. He arranged numerous visits and answered all our queries regardning the house we were buying. He went an extra mile and provided a letter for our mortgage provided who argued that the rental value of our flat wasn't as high as we thought. Jerzy found other similar properties in the area that rented out at the price we said. He also found us a very good tenant (fingers crossed!). Kamal, his boss, was also very helpful and is extremely knowledgable on the subject of buying and letting. Very friendly and professional team!

GoogleI found this estate agency on the internet and I wasn't expecting that Winkworth will be the best experience of estate agencies that I ever had. I've changed lots of proprieties since I came to the UK, but the Winkworth is the most good and satisfying estate agency that I know. Another surprise from this company is their worker Jerzy. He gave me the best services and most satisfying experience that I ever could receive. Mr. Jerzy is a big professional in this game. I would like to advise for all estate agents to take an example from him, that will create a good reputation of this company.
