GoogleHighly Recommended We had to sell the family home due to my mother going into care and then sadly passing away. Under difficult circumstances the sale was handled from start to finish in a very professional, friendly but sensitive manner by Tim Buckley. From start to finish we were given sound advice on how to proceed with the sale process and kept fully informed of all viewings and offers. Once sold, Tim coordinated everything through to completion with us, our solicitor and the buyer taking out all the stress associated with selling a property. At a difficult time the sale was carried out in the background without us having to chase anyone and we were only contacted when there was a need to make a decision. We couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent to process the sale under these circumstances. I would highly recommend Gibbs Gillespie.

I rent a property from this agency,At the beginning they are so kind they do everything for you till you sing the contract, after that if you want to claim something you have to wait ages for example during the winter in my room the radiator wasn’t work properly and was cold(this happened in winter 2018 and they fix it just in winter 2019 when we told them if they are not doing nothing we will not pay the rent for that month). They didn’t contact or talk with landlord about the problem till I call one of landlord friend and after his friend told to landlord the problem.The washing machine broke and I call them to tell the problem and they send me to do all online they don’t care I have to wait weeks till they send someone to assess the problem and to replace or repair the machine, again I contact the landlord friend because this “agency” is not doing anything. The staff from Harrow branch are horrible and they are lack of professionalism!❗️ they don’t listening you and they hang off the phone when you are talking.I work with another letting agency but from this “agency” to the other one is a big difference about professionalism and talking with them clients. The single person with who you can talk and she is doing her job in this company I am happy to write her name, is Amy Bignell.I will never rent from this agency!Even if the landlord is a good one this agency in Harrow brunch is horrible!

We rented our beautiful apartment through Gibbs Gillespie (Pinner) and the service was amazing. They were so fast to come back on emails and even during these difficult times of Covid-19 we have received excellent service.Our property is also managed by the GG team and when we had issues with the shower upon moving in, they had someone sent around on the same day who managed to sort the problem. Their staff and their contractors have gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend them as agents!

I’ve used Gibbs & Gillespie in Rickmansworth for the last 3 years as a tenant and they’ve always been really accommodating with any requests I’ve had. I was particularly impressed with Senior Lettings Consultant Chantelle Taylor as she’s been on the ball in all my interactions with her. She did not just found a new tenant within a couple of days but also managed to support me as a moving tenant around selling my new furniture to the new teants and organising everything so that my checkout was as smooth as possible! Moving out of the country for work I couldn’t have asked for a better person to handle such a stressful move. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and Gibbs & Gillespie in general to any landlord/tenant out there.
