I was very impressed with the handling and management of Keri from Foxtons. They were very professional and comforting when showing potential buyers around, paying special attention to being informative in particular of details of my property. Keri was very well organised and has great communication skills. I found her a great ease to work with, after moving from another estate agent I was disappointed with. Excellent service through a nerve racking time for anyone. They were successful able to get me the value of my property, in fact I had several offers. Thank you Keri.

We dealt with Keri Stanley, who was amazing from start to finish, even though we didn't end up buying a house through Foxtons! She really understood our search and gave us lots of useful information on the area, and showed us houses which really helped us to refine our requirements. She kept in touch even once we'd found a house through a different agent to check how our purchase was progressing. She also put us in touch with mortgage brokers and a different Foxtons branch to advise us on renting out our other property. I have never experienced such attentive, personal and helpful service from an estate agent - full marks for Foxtons and Keri. I will definitely use Foxtons in future.

Extremely poor handling of deposit refund, lack of accountability and communication.

I moved out of my flat on 25 September 2025, and my landlord immediately approved the full return of my deposit. I provided my bank details to Foxtons on 3 October, and the online portal confirmed that the refund would be processed within 5, 7 working days.

Foxtons are very professional about the work, you really get a feeling that they mean business with focus on customer service when you visit their office. Anna at Foxtons Harrow on Hill was very helpful she understood the requirements so well and then sent list of matched properties and planned viewing at a time that matched my work timings. Also she was kind enough to drop me to Underground station on way back.

Two months after the end of a short let Foxtons still hadn't returned the deposit and failed to answer all correspondence. No issues or deductions have been suggested; they simply don't respond and I had to raise a dispute under the deposit protection scheme.
