Ana was probably one of the most amazing agent which I’ve come across while searching for a house in Harrow. Since I was new here, she understood my concerns, helped me a in documentation and even while moving in. Very professional and sweet. Kudos to the team for having such people around!

I found this member of staff who works for Foxtons in Harrow dishonest. He is not a good advert for a company that seems highly regarded. The staff should realise they represent their company both in their office and also whilst parking their branded cars. Disappointing.

Our experience with Foxtons was Good but I think any Estate Agent would be bad,good or very good, with the kind of people they hire. Hence, because of their agent Amina Patel, our experience turned from good to very good. At the first place itself she understood what we were exactly looking for, she was very very patient, cooperative, helpful, friendly and professional at the same time. Foxtons have been absolutely fantastic with my recent house purchase. From the very beginning the communication was brilliant. They kept me up to speed with everything that was going on and are incredibly friendly to deal with. As we all know, buying a house is quite stressful at the best of times. The people at Foxtons are very knowledgeable and will give you the best possible advise that they can give which takes the pressure off somewhat. You can tell that with them its not all just about the "Commission". They really do care that you are getting a good service and that things run as smoothly as they can right up until completion. Foxton has been efficient from the word "go" with my rental property search to agreement completion. They could revert on the same day on my specified search criteria and we could close the deal in only a few days. This illustrates their strong network in this market as well as customer focus. Their online system for completing documentation is very well suited for today's modern age and saves a valuable time for all parties involved. I'd like to extend special thanks to Amina Patel who is absolutely brilliant and empathetic to her clients, which is not so common trait in this business. Thanks to Joe as well for helping negotiate on my case and giving results so quickly. The only area they can improve further is quicker accessibility on the phone, though I do appreciate the frequent site visits may be demanding on their time. I hope this doesn't cause any concern or delays during our upcoming tenancy relationship and I can get the service related to property or tenancy in good time. These estate agents have been nothing but helpful!. You are able to develop close relationships with the agents here who will know the right sort of properties which will match your criteria. My main contact at Foxtons Harrow was Andra Ciucas. She showed me properties that were just recently put on the market to beat the mad rush of potential buyers that would inevitably occur once the property is published online. She also had very good knowledge of the property market especially in light of the new tax legislation that is due to commence in April.

Keri Stanley help me through the steps of selling a property from my fathers estate. She helped me to understand the challenging aspects I was faced with. I found Keri particularly helpful because she sets realistic expectations and not just tells you what you want to hear. She has great knowledge of the market and is there to help you when things don't always go as smoothly as planned. Keri was the main person who kept me regularly updated throughout the process of the sale and was happy to spend her busy time talking to me and helping me understand any issues I had. Foxtons Harrow have been amazing with regards to my sale last year. They got me at least £20,000 more than what other agents were willing to put up my property for. I would especially like to thank Saijal Parmar and Shaun Bailley for their utmost professionalism and understanding of what I was after in terms of net returns. They got the best buyer in first and it was sold the day it was listed, for an asking price which I thought was unbelievable to achieve. They take a high fee but net-net you are still a winner. Foxtons are the best when it comes to selling. Now that I have started looking, I am knocking their door first. Keep up the good work

I have dealt with Foxtons on numerous occasions over the last year, in particular Hex He. Her customer service is second to none, always working hard to achieve the best outcome for her client. She is conscious of the stress involved in the sale/purchase of a home and does her utmost to ensure that this is alleviated. She is very knowledgeable about each aspect of the sale and purchase process and is able to provide detailed advice. As a developer, I have worked with many estate agents throughout the years. I was one of those people that was dubious of Foxtons given their rep. What I found was they provide an excellent service for a seller. I cannot thank them enough for their work. I instructed Foxtons in March after trying a local estate agent, after little success with a local estate agent and also an online estate agent. I dealt with Sophia and Hex, they were both excellent. Sophia valued the place at a higher value than I was expecting and they found a buyer that offered that price. There were some issues with the sale, to do with documents being lost by the Land registry and both Sophia and Hex, kept pushing the solicitors, to keep thing moving. They were efficient, and supportive. Specific reasons to use them: - great local knowledge to help your buyers make their decision - excellent quality of photos - tenacity and drive, they will keep pushing the solicitors - communication, they always keep you informed - price, they achieved the price they said they would - they research their buyers so you have confidence in the process Excellent service, well worth the fee !!

We have sold and bought our new property through Foxtons and I couldn't be happier and satisfied. Excellent service but also they are very professional; Sophia valued our property in a professional way, and was very confident that we would have sold at the asking price which has happened only 4 months later. They are all very nice either if some more experienced than others, however they always advised me hours before the view, never found them in the property without notice - a big thank you to Hexin who successfully sold our property. Then we started look around for a new home, we contacted thousands of estate agents and always received a horrible service, had to constantly call back because they wouldn’t contact me about properties advertised online, any offer made they were always rude saying the buyer would never accept as we were in a chain. Until Sara from Foxtons contacted us and all was fantastic!! Not always had great properties but she always ready to know about our needs and taste (I’m very picky and difficult) at the end she showed us the perfect home!!! Sara thank you very much, you have been persistent in showing us that property and in fact we loved it!!! I will recommend Foxtons to everyone.
