GoogleI rarely leave reviews. In this case I really have to. Dilpesh and Giorgiana at the Harrow office have gone far beyond my expectations. From identifying the type of property I was looking for to the last steps of the sales process, they have been just perfect. These sorts of transactions are never easy and their guidance and patience have been key to make the deal happen. Well done and thank you!

GoogleI have been dealing with estate agents for a number of years and Keri is by far the best I have worked with. Keri is the only agent who keeps in regular contact and calls me with new ideas. She listens to and understands what I want as a buyer and has always been honest and upfront with me. I would definitely recommend Keri to anyone planning on buying or selling a property.

Googlewe dealt with Foxtons Harrow and they were outstanding, especially Andra, she communicated really well, though we had many questions and required to visit the property in more than one occasion before we make our bid, Andra was very understanding and accompanied us on each occasion, she attended to all our queries swiftly and we are glad to have dealt with her and her Harrow branch of Foxtons. GoogleViewings for 3 different flats that have been booked days in advance were cancelled with just 3 hours notice. All sellers had "personal reasons" for not being at home and apparently they only informed the agent 3 hours before, exactly at the same time. This agency is either extremely unlucky or not very professional.

We were repeatedly given information by the letting agent that turned out to be untrue or later changed. Basic steps that should have been handled professionally were completely overlooked, causing us significant stress and financial loss.

I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic in his job. From my personal experience with Sean in the felsh and over the phone. GoogleI was very impressed with the service provided by Shaun Bailey, Operations Director at Foxtons in Harrow. His wealth of experience and knowledge of the local property market gave me great confidence, having had a previous negative experience of another agent. He was attentive throughout the sale process, answering any questions or issues I had promptly and the online portal made it easier to track viewings and updates on my property. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Shaun and Nikita Khatri who assisted with the sale of my property and was extremely professional throughout. I would absolutely use Foxtons again.

GoogleI was very happy with the service provided from Foxtons in a challenging market. Shaun Bailey who oversaw my sale from the beginning was a great help in guiding me through all aspects of the process and his experience and balanced approach to the difficult decisions and challenges that were presented were a big asset. Andra also did a fantastic job in keeping the conveyance moving along from the offer and acceptance stage all the way to exchange. They are very pro active and personal to deal with and would recommend their services. Thank you Foxtons.

GoogleNot satisfied with their service.. firstly agent book an appointment for viewing the property, then at the same date and time which they mention in mail, they didn't respond any call or mail or msg. Truelly they only want big budget costumers for their job..

We moved out of the apartment over three months ago and left it in perfect condition. The rental agreement stated that our deposit should have been returned within 10 days, yet we are still waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved.

GoogleWe were looking for a property to let, that’s when we contacted Foxtons. Foxtons have amazing office and they treated us so well. Anna Sobieraj has handled our case and dedicatedly she showed us many properties and explained all our questions. We have moved from Indian, thus we had a lot of ask. We worked on looking for properties for about 2 different days unless we are sure which is best to our requirements. We had great experience with Foxtons. Thank you and keep the sprite high as is.

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would’ve. Offered me a viewing in the morning. Drove all the way there, only for the letting agent to call me 2 minutes before our agreed viewing time and cancel due to someone’s offer being accepted. I’m not sure why they are still accepting viewings when the property was in the offers process, it’s highly unprofessional and I won’t be getting reimbursed for the waste of my time and petrol. What an absolute joke. I will make sure know person that I know and the people they know will ever use this company .
