If I could give 0 stars I would’ve. Offered me a viewing in the morning. Drove all the way there, only for the letting agent to call me 2 minutes before our agreed viewing time and cancel due to someone’s offer being accepted. I’m not sure why they are still accepting viewings when the property was in the offers process, it’s highly unprofessional and I won’t be getting reimbursed for the waste of my time and petrol. What an absolute joke. I will make sure know person that I know and the people they know will ever use this company .

We contacted Foxtons to help us find a flat and have been assisted by an extremely pleasant and helpful person called Lisa to assist us with our property search. She has provided us with an excellent service by listening to our requirements and tailoring the search accordingly. She is reliable and has good time keeping. I think she is an asset to your company as she adapts her search according to the buyer’s needs and has good listening skills.

Foxtons has been very effective to find a place for us but then put a lot of pressure (several calls and emails per day) to get the payment of the first month rent and the agency fees. From the moment they got the money transferred, we started to struggle to get answers to our emails. In fact they did not care at all anymore. For example on the day we moved to the new appartment, nobody knew where the keys were! The landlord said Foxtons was responsible so we've been to Foxtons agency but Foxtons said the landlord was suppose to take care of it. Solution proposed by Foxtons: borrow to the landlord the key of the appartement door and to access the building just leave the backdoor open or ring the bell of a neighbour.

Immature, irresponsible and totally unprofessional bunch of people work here!! Don't waste your time with them. Ana lied to me each time about tenant references, mislead me into believing referencing had been passed when it hadn't, didn't collect any deposit or rent but told me they had, told potential tenants incorrect information about the agreement, and the list goes on.

The journey of selling our home through Foxtons was as perfect as it can get, from the initial meeting with Adam Thornton the manager to discuss the sale to the day of the exchange, we were kept in the loop along the whole way. The level of service was second to none, I had regular updates along the whole process, that along with the updates on their online portal made the process much easier for the two of us. None of the sale would have been possible had it not been for Hexin He, not only did she find our buyer, we were kept abreast of realistic timelines and progress reports on a continual basis. She communicated with all parties which meant we didn’t have to worry at any stage of the process. Her kind and courteous approach to us will be one of the main reasons we would again choose Foxtons to represent us once again should be decide to move or look for a new house to purchase. Hexin followed up on the date of exchange to personally congratulate us on what was a special day for us and for that she is one person we will never forget. Foxtons experience is one which highlights not all house moves have to be stressful, you just need the right partners acting for you in the form of Hex and Adam at Foxtons.

Foxtons has helped us find our new apartment, even after we moved in they checked up on us multiple times to make sure our move went smoothly and we were happy with our new apartment. We were shown a lot of apartments that we didn't show any interest in, which was quite annoying, and were above our price range, to finally see the actual apartment we wanted to see on the third appointment.

The worst experience possible. I paid deposit which was supposed to be returned within a few working days, however it took almost 3 weeks and they were giving lame excuses for not giving my deposit back. The manager is incompetent and does not care about customer service at all ! She made false promises and when someone made higher bid they told me me the property wasn’t available anymore, Sally you can’t treat people this way it’s an embarrassment that such a big company employs people like that !!
