I was put in touch with Lisa Patel and found her to be extremely professional and very helpful, she went out of her way to contact another branch so I could put my father’s property on the market for sale too. She is an absolute professional and comes highly recommended!

YellNever rent with Foxtons
Never again renting a property through Foxtons. They called me 5 times a day for weeks to receive payment. Once payment was made, I was ignored for a whole month, they would not answer my calls, emails and texts. They are unorganized and do not care about their customers.

GoogleFoxtons Harrow absolutely exceeded my expectations and helped us so with the sale of our home. I had been skeptical, but Hexin He in particular was so helpful and personable with us, I do not think we would have made it without her! Would easily recommend - friendly staff that go above and beyond to help you.

GoogleKAROLINA IS THE BEST! Last Saturday me and my friend have visited Foxtons at Harrow and met one of their staff Ms Karolina Kaminska. We both are so very impressed with her professionalism combined with cheerfulness and helpfulness. GoogleIt was pleasure dealing with Ana screpciuc. She was so polite, courteous and upfront understood my profile, requirements over phone and scheduled my visit on the same day. At the time of visit, she assisted us and has shown various properties as per our requirement. It was nice dealing with foxton and Ms Ana.

YellLandlords Beware!
If you're a landlord - Foxtons Harrow are an absolute joke. I wasn't told before Xmas that my property manager had "departed ways" with the company, so had no one managing my property for a month... Meanwhile my tenant's query about the boiler breaking down had gone unnoticed, and so I had to deal with them directly & bypass Foxtons. Then I get a new property manager, have paid UPFRONT for works to be done to the exterior of my property... And TWICE the job hasn't ha[ppened - with no call or update from Foxtons. They're a shamlbes

GooglePlease do not consider this agency for any work. They are bloody crooks. They had my agreement and left me stranded without flat before 2 days of moving date. Also they provide false and inflated price figures to landlords for letting which is way way beyond market rate. Horrible Experience. Bad Bad Agency.

GoogleAll the agents we encountered at Foxtons Harrow are hard working and very motivated to do everything in their power to promote and sell your property. We found them to be personable and respectful of our home which made the very high number of viewings they were able to generate easier and even pleasant to cope with. Andra, in particular, is extremely diligent. She is also very tactful and a great ambassador for the firm. We would recommend using Foxtons as sole agents, especially in this demanding financial climate.

GoogleIt has always been my dream to own my own property. After three years of being messed around by other estate agents, I came across foxtons and Nicholas Garrett took on my case. He was attentive to listening to what I needed from a property and he always respected my space (other estate agents are a lot more aggressive and pushy in their sales tactics!) he has been friendly and approachable and has made the whole flat purchase process smooth. I hope to have many long years in my new flat but, when it comes to my next property purchase, I will definitely be coming back to Foxtons and definitely will be requesting Nicholas Garrett again!

GoogleI would totally recommend Foxtons. I chose them because they put a card through the door of my flat introducing themselves when my previous sale had fallen through with another agent. This pro-activity continued throughout the viewings and the offer period. Their website is excellent with an update on viewings and feedback and I found Shaun, Andra and Nikita to be responsive, friendly and professional. I was promised a large number of viewings and this certainly proved to be the case. Most importantly, they helped me to sell the flat which exchanged today.

GoogleAnna recently helped me find an apartment in Harrow. Her service was fantastic and very reliable. She was quite patient and helped me find the best options on the market. She also accommodated viewings at convenient times given my busy schedule. I would highly recommend Foxtons.

GoogleUnfortunately not a very good experience - very difficult to talk to any agents at the office. Reception always did their best but my enquiries never really went anywhere. I think they are either understaffed or take on too many properties so the customer service begins to suffer unfortunately.

GoogleHexin He at Foxtons Harrow helped my wife and I find a great house last year. Hex really made an effort to understand what we were looking for and did a great job of showing us houses that fit our specifications. She was very helpful once we found the house we wanted and we really felt that we could trust her as we discussed putting in an offer. It was clear that she and her team were supportive throughout the bid process that followed and they ultimately helped make the purchase and move-in go smoothly, without issue. I highly recommend Foxtons Harrow to others and would certainly use their services if we ever decide to move. Thanks so much.

GoogleWow! A few scathing reviews so far... Our experience hasn't been as described by previous reviewers but we only moved in yesterday and the list of maintenance issues is rather long. Our initial contact with Foxtons had been very productive, in that an agent worked hard to find a suitable house for our family. Now that we have moved in, we have discovered that promises made regarding condition and maintenance have not been kept. Due to the prompt and effective correspondence we have so far experienced with Foxtons, I'm expecting that these issues will be resolved swiftly. I will aim to keep people posted with the progress... So far not very good. One week after the initial email, the person in charge of solving our urgent maintenance issues has not only done nothing, but now passed us on to someone else... yikes...
