We recently used DFW to sell a property which had been previously listed for a long time with another “well known”Stanmore Agent whom unfortunately were terrible. Mark & Hugh provided a great personal service and managed to achieve a quick sale at the right price. Their agency and local market knowledge was obvious as they used a different strategy compared to the other agency who just wanted us to reduce the price from what they originally valued it and tied us into a long term contract! Would highly recommend DFW compared to the other high street estate agents where you are treated just as a number!

I was in touch with Davidson Frost-Wellings Stanmore Estate Agents by viewing to my recent first home purchase. The team of DFW - Hugh, Mark and Ben found very responsive and helpful through the process. I did viewing wih Hugh and Mark, they helped me to find the best Mortgage advisor. During the queries and concerns Hugh had responded very calmly and understood the situation and acted accordingly. Speaking with Ben I din't realise it was his first deal. Due to Ben the communication was very smooth. As a result we got the deal done in just 2 Months. Congratulations to Ben, many more to come!! Excellent in all respects. I was always kept informed of interest in my property, whether it resulted in an offer or not and felt I was kept on the loop the entire time. Very responsive, frank and host people, and clearly worked hard to sell my flat. Something that should be a given, but it's usually not and they excelled all expectations. They recommended a removal service as well, which was similarly excellent. I would recommend this team to anyone
