GoogleAs tenants we have received an amazing service from Colin Dean. They have been professional and clear throughout the process. I want to thank Hina in particular who was always easy to reach and was very helpful with showing us around the property on 2 occasions and also prepared all the paperwork for us. Also big thanks to Chris who met with us and went explained everything about the property before handing us the keys! GoogleWe had a great experience of renting a one bed flat from Colin Dean. They were very flexible about the viewings of the property (had a few because I forgot to take measurements for the furnitures). Whenever we had an issue, such as with the boiler or blinders, the agency always sent someone to fix it for us. We were informed about planned works (scaffolding around the building) well in advance. They were professionals and always available when we had a query. We moved out because we bought our first own property. We gave the notice in time but unfortunately, there was a slight delay with the handover of our new built home; although the agency was flexible and understanding (and luckily found the next tenant who didn't mind waiting a bit) so we could stay as long as we needed to. Receiving the refund of our deposit also went smooth. Afterwards, I had problem with one of the supplier and the agency was still extra helpful in that matter, even that we weren't living there anymore. I would definitely recommend them. GoogleI have had a really #dreamteam experience purchasing a terraced house listed by ColinDean; highly reccomendation using their services for both rental and sales property listings. The team had been managing this rental property for many years, and made ideal sales agents in terms of knowing the property inside and out and also brokering equitable solutions between the seller and I along the way. They are efficient, solution-oriented and just generally excellent people to work with.

GoogleBEWARE. These con artists will try and take you for every penny they've got when you leave AND send SNOTTY, RUDE emails when demanding money for damage you have not caused! Kier a notable little madam to watch out for. Snakes in the grass this company. Avoid at all costs. Even if I was turfed out of my house that I now own, and this 'company' was the only one who could provide housing, I'd pitch a tent and risk my life out in the wilderness. Dear Mr Malone We have tried to establish which property transaction we were involved with you on, and unfortuntely cannot trace you as being a tenant of one of our clients properties. Whilst we are quite willng to listen to critisism we do object to someone who is not party to a business transaction with us singling out a valued staff member in such an unpleasant way. GoogleBeware avoid avoid this estate agent we really had worst experiences with this estate agent that we never face like these troubles in our life while renting the property .Beware they will go after your deposit when tenancy ends with surprise fees they will give ridiculous reason. Go elsewhere if u want peace of mind and better service. Staff are not professional never look after the tenants. GoogleI had never seen such a cryptic agent in my life over the last 15 years in London.I rented a property and paid £975 per month but they want the property new branded for what reason? They took money from my deposit to decorate the property.If the landlord wants to keep the property branded better not to give for rent.My worst experience advice please please and please never go to this agent to rent a property and they tried to take our deposit with nonsense reason they don’t care about tenant as they don’t have working condition shower , commode was not flushing no parking as when I viewed the property they said everything working but they lied to us.They don’t look after the tenants the staffs are rude not professional they never listen to us and understand the tenant. Thank you Mr Banjade and of course we do not like to hear comments about customers who are not satisfied with the property that they rent or the service that they receive from our agency. In our position as agent, however, sadly it is sometimes unavoidable to deliver unwelcome news and deal with situations that the tenant is uncomfortable about. As you are aware the reason we could not continue your tenancy was due to issues between yourselves and the block management. From our perspective your tenancy was conducted satisfactorily but there were some discrepancies that arose from the check out process where we required you to take action to return the the property in a better condition than you had. The check out process is entirely independent using experienced professional and independent inventory clerks. It is our aim NOT to deduct anything from a tenant's deposit, but regretably there are occassions where this is the only fair way to settle matters between the landlord and tenant. Of course, your deposit was protected by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (a government approved scheme) allowing you to raise a dispute if you felt hard done by. You chose not to do this. You were also advised of our membership of the Property Ombudsman scheme, a government approved independent scheme designed to have a customers concerns independently consider to ensure that fair play has been done. You chose no to do this. To sum up we very much regret that you have left feeling that you have been treated unfairly and if you would like to meet up to discuss the details of your experience we would be very happy to do this. We wish you and your family well for the future
