I had a great experience working with Tyrese from Collin Deans .He was extremely helpful in finding me a flat in London for my six-month stay and went above and beyond to make the process smooth. My original start date was the 9th of October, but I wanted to move in earlier on the 22nd of September. Tyrese initially found me a temporary flat to cover the gap, but he quickly recognised that my preferred flat had become available sooner. He called me straight away with the update and even arranged for the tenancy to start on the 22nd of September, exactly as I wanted. It’s rare to find someone so proactive, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to helping clients. Tyrese took the initiative, gave me the best advice and options, and really made me feel looked after. I truly appreciate his effort

Even though I didn’t end up actually renting through the company - Dan, one of their agents was so accommodating & helpful through the entire process that I just had to leave a review with how impressed I and my wife were with how above & beyond we felt he went to accommodate and help us even after we’d told him we’d found renters elsewhere. Very unprofessional way to run a…

Very unprofessional way to run a business. Have seen two properties with this estate agents and have expressed interest in both. On the first occasion was told the landlord is interested in your offer but is out of the country at the moment so they would give me a call after they speak to the landlord once they are back in the country. Waited about a week and hadn't heard a thing so called and property had two new tenants in that time frame as the first one fell through. Second viewing with the same staff member while in the property at the end of the viewing asked for the offer form to be sent over and was told that she would do it when she was back in the office. Called them again just before the end of business day and asked for the form again. Was told it will be sent over now. Again heard nothing so had to wait a extra day as it was good Friday. Call again on sat morning as was told someone will call me back and nothing again... So my partner called. And was told the property had gone. Its hard not to feel there is some form of personal issue with us for some reason. If you say you are going to contact someone it's the right thing to do. And not keep leading people on. My partner was told sorry for the misunderstanding. I see no misunderstanding just negligence and horrible business practice.

We had a great experience of renting a one bed flat from Colin Dean. They were very flexible about the viewings of the property (had a few because I forgot to take measurements for the furnitures). Whenever we had an issue, such as with the boiler or blinders, the agency always sent someone to fix it for us. We were informed about planned works (scaffolding around the building) well in advance. They were professionals and always available when we had a query. We moved out because we bought our first own property. We gave the notice in time but unfortunately, there was a slight delay with the handover of our new built home; although the agency was flexible and understanding (and luckily found the next tenant who didn't mind waiting a bit) so we could stay as long as we needed to. Receiving the refund of our deposit also went smooth. Afterwards, I had problem with one of the supplier and the agency was still extra helpful in that matter, even that we weren't living there anymore. I would definitely recommend them. Special thanks to Agnieszka, Hannah and Chris.
