The most unproffesiona Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this estate agency. We arranged an appointment to view a property and made arrangements around the agreed viewing time. We turned up at the property, only to find that nobody from the agency had arrived. We had even cancelled other plans to make sure we could attend this viewing. We complained to the manager, who told us that the matter would be investigated and that he would get back to us. Unfortunately, he never did. We then emailed again to ask whether the property was still available for another viewing. We were then told by the manager that the offer had already been accepted by someone else and that apparently one of the staff Edward should have informed us when he didn't. The whole experience showed a complete lack of communication, organisation and professionalism. If the manager cannot ensure that his staff communicate important information to customers, then there is clearly a management issue as well. People are making plans, taking time off and travelling to property viewings, so the least you expect is basic communication and respect for people's time.
