GoogleI can not recommend Hinton (and more specifically Fiona) enough. When we decided to put our flat on the market we met about 8 different companies and both my husband and I agreed that she was the only person we would happily see again! Really down to earth without all the over the top sales cliches that all of the other people we met portrayed. She responds really promptly to all communications and we never had to chase her for anything. Over the 3 years we worked with her she got offers on our flat 3 times the first weekend of viewings and things only ever fell through from our side. We’ve also seen her from a buyers perspective as she has shown us properties too and you can see she really cares about the places she’s selling. Very knowledgeable about the industry as a whole and gave us lots of good advice. Fiona thanks so much from both of us.

GoogleI went to H&D as a first time landlord to seek their help finding suitable tenants. Grace visited me at home to advise what rent to charge and what type of tenant I would like to have. She was knowledgeable and helpful. A number of possible tenants came to view, but the family who moved in were already known to Grace from a previous rental. This was good, because she already knew they were reliable.
There will always be a measure of luck in the tenants you get, but this family was great for the 5 years they rented. There were problems about them leaving, but this was not something Grace could be held responsible for. She did try to negotiate with them. They have left now.
