GoogleI went for a property viewing yesterday with Mark. While some agents rush you around a house and consider you disposable in a competitive market, Mark took the time to listen to me. He was very friendly and honest, and gave me all the information I needed. A very positive experience, keep it up!

Do not believe everything they tell you! Was Let an apartment having been shown around it twice. Both occasions told it came with a parking space. Upon key collection told it did not have parking. Further to that, discovered the block was designated "car free" so no residents parking permit available. Complained to no avail, their response was I should have checked despite being told to the contrary. Spoke to another resident who Let through them and he had experienced exactly the same scenario.

Just moved into a property with my partner who suffers with extreme anxiety At first we were welcomed I purely put this down to us been able to put down 6months of the rent at 1.5k a month.Once done landlord and estate agent don’t help a great deal, with awful and rude neighbours that are friends with the landlord and they just stick together!When seeking help with both estate agent and landlord we just got the impression no it’s all our fault. would always recommend go into real detail and have things in place if they go wrong with your land lord or in our case u will have your money taken for a crap experience
