So despite Linley and Simson admitting they had not done the work they were suppose to, in managing the house and putting up with a rude and sarcastic employee, I gave them the opportunity to put the matter right. Despite this opportunity they have once again failed to deliver. If you are looking to use a letting agency to reduce your workload, I would recommend you look elsewhere.

If you want to manage the management company and train their staff on industry basics then you’ve found your team. Poor quality tenants, badly managed in and out, passing bills directly with no commercial consideration, poor hand over experience with zero checks. No idea of the service history of appliances, boilers etc.

Not renting via Lindley & simpson but our landlady has instructed them now to maintain the property we are currently renting .Rude staff Never reply to a call or reply to any reported repairsTried to get us to sign a "Maintainance " application on closer inspection it was a new "Tenancy " through them 🤣🙈 obviously haven't filled it in ... absolutely useless this company

GoogleAn absolutely delight from start to finish. Texting after each viewing is a useful tool. Tristan is very professional and knowledgable agent. Sue who was dealing with an application was knowledgable and kept me up to date every step of the way. Fantastic support and service, you don't need to look for another letting agent in Harrogate.
