GoogleAbsolutely Fantastic service. From first contact with Katie, the service was absolutely professional. We were shown properties that met our requirements and within budget. We were guided through the entire process. Emails were answered immediately and they were super helpful when we lost our key. Wouldn't hesitate in renting again. Thanks for a brilliant experience.

GoogleIf I could give less than one star I would. Over the last 6 days I've sent 2 e mails and a message thru Zoopla about a property in Boston Spa. Never once did I receive so much as a reply, I called them this morning and after 10 minutes of messing about I was told 'I don't think this property is for sale anymore'. Odd, given that its on their website, Zoopla, prime location etc etc So unprofessional it beggars belief... .

GoogleIf I could give no stars as a review I would, Awful experience with this company, I would be very wary about dealing with them, I have read other reviews and it seems it's not just isolated with the Harrogate Branch. Trying to get my bond back over two months after leaving the property we rented is still ongoing, Every excuse possible is been given as delays. When you've been a tenant and paid every month early and spent casts amount on the property you don't own should go some way to ensuring a fast return of bond but NO not with linley and Simpson. The staff at the Harrogate Branch are condescending arrogant and rude. They look down and talk down to to us as tenants. I am in the process of forwarding the complaint to the property ombudsman to ensure this companies conduct and practice is highlighted. If you can rent elsewhere I'd serious advice doing so.

GoogleI had a first rate experience with Linley and Simpson and their viewing agent , i think his name was mark clayton. He collected me from the station as my bus was late and showed me a nice apartment and fully explained how to proceed . Good work

We unfortunately had a break-in at our house, therefore called the agency who with collaboration with the landlord was kind and very quick( within an hour)to change the house locks.highly recommend, very accommodating
