I'll never use to this agency or recommend to anyone I have applied for a 3 bedroom house n I got email that the application was accepted and they ask me to pay holding deposit since I sent they never get back to me I have to keep calling them they always told me the person who is in charge of your application will contact you and got email again saying my application was rejected after sending holding deposit I said ok i want my money back they said unfortunately your money is unrefundable..,.

I am a landlord all I can say is anyone renting there property use a professional letting agents. Not Lindley and Simpson. Messages don’t get passed on,don’t email you back,don’t call you back. Ok for them taking 10%charges for commission and other charges. If they can’t handle the property’s they should not be in business. I was far better when they found me a client and I looked after the property. Their after care is atrocious.
