They have now completed the sale of one of the properties for me, managing all aspects as the tenancy finished and the sale completed efficiently and effectively.
I have always been impressed by their customer care and Alana has been very helpful managing the sale and liaising with the solicitors and purchasers to keep things moving forward.
Just used Linley and Simpson to sell another property, again excellent service, finding a buyer quickly and then managing the whole process through without delay. They work closely with the recommended solicitors to complete the sale without problems. Would thoroughly recommend them.
