TrustpilotThis branch is disgusting.
This branch is disgusting.Current private tenant who, in my younger years was a bit silly and as a result, have adverse credit for a short period of time.Am able to provide a guarantor and references of my last 4 years rent history (zero issues).Refuse point blank to allow a viewing of a property, whereas another branch can proceed with an application.I will however be cancelling this viewing as I refuse point blank to deal with a company who vary the rules from branch to branch.Avoid!!!

Mark the accompanied viewer was fantastic. He rang and asked if I would like to come and view the property early and then actually come to pick me up from town so I wasn't walking in the cold! He then gave me details about the area and transport links as well as giving me enough time to look around the property - Thank you

TrustpilotImpeccable service
I viewed two flats and they both got taken - but they said one is coming up at the end of the month, and they would let me know when it does. I thought it might be just the corporate spiel that estate agents give you to be fair, but I was happily proven wrong. Their service was impeccable.
Agent replied · 22 November 2024
It's great to hear that you had a positive experience with the estate agents! It can be frustrating when flats get taken quickly, but it sounds like they genuinely followed through on their promise to keep you informed about upcoming listings. We're glad their service was impeccable and that they exceeded your expectations. If there's anything else you need or if you have more questions in the future, feel free to reach out to them again.

I’ve worked with both Simon and Lisa from the Halifax team. Both have been really helpful in answering questions and progressing the hand over of the property and getting a tenant found and in place. There’s always a few issues that pop up when dealing with property and these have been dealt with well. Would recommend.
