Lindley and Simpson have been the letting agents of my property for the past eight years. For large proportions of that time I have lived abroad and therefore relied on them extensively to manage and keep me informed of any issues that arose with either my property or tenant. Over the years this has been done in an exemplary manner. I have always felt assured whenever I have asked for advice over an issue, that the advice given was the correct way for me to proceed.When I recently decided to sell my property, Linley and Simpson again, acted promptly and professionally, informing me of the procedures involved, guiding me through each stage of the process and advising accordingly. Although my property has yet to ‘complete’, I feel confident that the process will continue in the same professional manner until that time comes. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from Linley and Simpson both over the past years until the present day.

Luke have been an absolute angel to help me find my perfect flat. 5 stars for urgent maintenance jobs

Recently had some important repair & replacement work done around the property we are renting: garden fence, guttering, shower and grout replaced, boiler replaced. All work was carried out rapidly following Corey Costello’s inspection of the house, he arranged for the jobs to be completed within a couple days of his visit. My partner and I are very grateful for how this was handled :)

Didn’t turn up for the viewing only to be called afterwards saying we need to see if the flats are available. They didn’t turn up for the viewing at all and left me stranded outside. Do your home work at least & don’t book viewings if you don’t know your job. Pathetic. Don’t trust these guys.
